On this trip to Temecula, we decided to try restaurants and wineries that we had not been to previously, so, today we had lunch at the Pinnacle Restaurant. We are very glad we did. Scott, our server, was well-informed about the menu and attentive. The menu is varied, providing options for either a light meal or one of more substance.... More

We were staying here for the night in our rv. We tasted and bought some wonderful wines. Then we went to dinner at Pinnacle. The food was fantastic. I couldn't eat it all. And the view was wonderful. Now to watch the sun set.

Had reservations for 11 people at 1:30. After ordering, our food took over an hour to be served. Our table was never cleared of dirty plates. The person who was serving us water would lean over touching our backs making it very uncomfortable. The food was just okay. The view is beautiful not not worth the bad service. AND, I... More

My son and I dined here for lunch and the food was excellent. The service was excellent and the food was well prepared....we enjoyed a bottle of their wine with our meal and even opted for dessert!

This place is only open for lunch, but we'll worth it. I had the pan seared herb encrusted scallops with sundries tomato risotto, my husband had seafood cannelloni, and dessert was pumpkin cheesecake with a nut brittle. Everything was good, especially the scallops. We also had the recommended wine with our dishes, and ended up buying a couple of bottles... More

We spent a lovely afternoon today at the Falkner Winery in Temecula, CA. The surrounding hillsides and vineyards were quietly beautiful on a January afternoon. The sun was shining and it was warm. We ate in the Pinnacle restaurant with large windows showcasing views out over the valley. We did some wine tasting and each of us found a favorite.... More

Pinnacle was recommended to us by our hot air balloon pilot from Vindemia. The service, food, wine and view were excellent. There are gluten free options and we tried the lobster mac n cheese this way and was not disappointed. It was a cool sunny day so the mulled wine was perfect too.

We started off with calamari and it was the best we have ever tasted. Not breaded & fried, but cut thinly & placed on a bed of lettuce. Very tender!! The pastas we ordered were excellent. We had not done a wine tasting here at Falkner yet so we each had a glass at lunch. We enjoyed it so much... More

There are a number of wineries in the Temecula wine country that have restaurants attached. Pinnacle is attached to the Falkner Winery. The restaurant is on top of a hill and there's a nice view from many of the table. If the weather permits, there's a narrow outside deck with tables. The food is average -- not bad but not... More
