Good burgers

Stopped in here for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the burgers. We were seated in the small room with a view of the lake, and it is cold but still a nice spot. The service was attentive and the prices were reasonable.

As I had never dined at this restaurant in their prior location, I cannot compare the two as most other reviewers have. As for the here and now, basically unimpressed. We were seated in a side room with a few tables close to one another and the room itself was very cold. The other 4 diners each ate with their... More

Still great food & service & the address is correct on this page. Just don't want you all to get lost & confused. This is a favorite dinner spot for locals. Don't miss the Tuesday night happy hour. Our favorites are the oysters bienzo & seared ahi. We miss their former BYOB Wed. wine nights but the happy hour deals... More

The restaurant hosted our family and friends for a milestone birthday dinner. 10 people in all. The staff took a birthday cake from a local bakery and enhanced it with additional sauces to make it special for our birthday lady. The food was first class. The sole was execellent, as well as the clams and flank steak. The new location... More

Tried out the new location for brunch and was extremely disappointed. Now we had only been to the old location for dinner, never breakfast or lunch, but is was always VERY good. And while the setting on the golf course is lovely I really don't care. The breakfast was not even passable. We have eggs benedict and an omelet. No... More

Hadn't been since the move. Saw some negative reviews but went anyhow after a friend I trust said he thought they had it ironed out. He was right. Good service, good wine and good food. It was Halloween eve so it was full, Still good. Vegies were especially well done. not overcooked. Fish was fresh. Four happy diners.

My parents were in town and we were exciting to check out their new location. Spindleshank's had a great reputation before so I was eager to share it with my East Coast family. Wow, the rent at Old Brockway Golf Course must be high with the rates you are pairing your sub par food at. The food wasn't horrible, but... More

Food and service were fine. Location is ok, but I think they recently moved in and are still working on the space. Not a place for a fancy romantic dinner. Ok for decent average food.

Went to Spindleshanks last Friday night for drinks and apps. The old Spindlehshanks EXCELLED in this area. I ordered the carpacaccio. Yuck. Rubbery and served without the usual accompaniments. We waited two hours for sub-par appetizers. Everyone at my table was less than enthusiastic about the quality of the appetizers and the service. I know this restaurant can do better... More

Breakfast was filling and delicious! I ordered pancakes with sausage and eggs and everything was delicious! My husband ordered a ham, cheese, and mushroom omelette, which he really enjoyed as well. My only complaint is the prices. Each of our breakfasts were $12.00. After 2 coffees and 2 breakfasts, our bill was over $30, which didn't include the tip!
