Superb!

We stumbled upon this place on our stay in Tahoe City. Upon coming into the town on hwy 89 you notice it by the nostalgic car out front. We had pizza that night and went there. When I walked in to order the pizza the place had alot of people. Service was very friendly and personable. Had our pie... read more

My buddy and I discovered this little pizza place many years ago and keep going back every time we're in the north Tahoe area. It really hits the spot after a day at the slopes! The pizza is New York style and has a great crispy crust and flavor. This place is tiny with only about 12 seats or so.... More

Had pizza from here mutliple times this last summer/fall. Always a great pizza, fresh ingredients and never a complaint. We tried several local pizza places, by consensus this became the go-to place. Favorites are the Carnivore and the Little Engine. Great place to lounge in the summer outdoors as the rafters are launching and getting organized in their rafts, frequent... More

While visiting Tahoe, we came across this family-owned landmark - and returned three times in ten days. The owner, Kurt, was welcoming and very kind. Among other menu items, we tried the Carnivore, a New York-style pizza with pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and salami. It was delicious - and worth it! Absolutely try the authentic and fresh Mexican food. (Try... More

We stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant shares a parking lot with a rafting company and it was very active with people leaving and returning from rafting. We ate on the small patio and watched the people float down the river. Our food consisted of an al pastor burrito which was very delicious, large, and... More

Mostly a take out restaurant, but we had pizza and beer at the restaurant and enjoyed the casual atmosphere.

After reading great reviews of this tiny log cabin restaurant, 6 of us were prepared to have meatball subs, fish tacos, pizza, and Greek salad. Unfortunately, no where in any reviews, did they mention that seating is extrememly limited and only around a SMALL counter. They do not have one table in the entire restaurant. THIS SHOULD DEFINITELY BE NOTED IN... More

My family and I were camping in Meeks Bay and we stopped in Tahoe City for a bite to eat. We asked the locals for a good pizza place and they told us that Front Street Station had good food and an awesome view of the Truckee River with seating outside on a patio facing the river. The food was... More

Back deck is right on the Truckee at the dam outlet. What a view downstream! Limited seating on the back deck, order at the counter and food is brought to you. We ate there twice and were not disappointed. 1. Meatball sub (average) and pulled pork sub was very good. 2. Second time, brought grand nephew and friend along. Had... More
