I tried the spaghetti and I liked it. it has an outdoor seating menu and the weather is nice.

The service is bad. The meat price is for prime but the meat served is a grade below choice.

Cecil's is a fun place to eat. It is a Sports Bar/Steak House. The place has a loud atmosphere which is fun for younger people and sports fans.
