We really enjoy this place. Have been a number of times and always enjoy the food. Be sure to get the pumpkin side dish. I usually get one of the kabobs but everything we have tried was yummy. What we enjoy is that the dishes are rich in flavor and spice but without the heat of other cuisines. We will... More

The service is incredible from the moment you are greeted until departure from the restaurant. We were never ignored by any person on the staff. They re-filled water without asking, gave suggestions on how to be adventurous by combining two desserts to eat really authentic style Afghan food and checked that we enjoyed our entrees, without being over-bearing. Every person... More

This place has been here for years. They will be moving soon, but I am sure all the customers will follow them since it is hard to find food this good. Nice service too.

One person in our party was a frequent visitor to Kabul Afghan Cuisine. He was elected to order a couple of appetizers and several main courses which we then ate family style, enjoying each dish. The menu had a wide variety of selections that were reasonably priced. The waiter took us under his wing and provided great, but not intrusive,... More

You should book ahead for this restaurant. The service is great. The lady in charge (I think her name is Trina), was friendly and attentive and quick and professional. The food was great; special mention to the delicately flavoured rice and the succulent lamb chops. The baklava is said to be fab but I was too full to try it.... More

We've eaten here regularly for more than 10 years. The food has always been good, perhaps a few minor ups and downs but over 10 years that seems quite reasonable to me. It has been getting quite busy on weekend nights. If you want a quieter atmosphere go on a weeknight. Meals are a tad too large for lunchtime consumption,... More

Great service, great food, the whole family enjoyed. We will return for sure. Eggplants are a must. Skew are very yummy and so is the spicy-sweet rice dish.

I was disappointed as the food was not fresh although bit expensive. It was hot but probably with leftover food from previous day.

It is a bit tucked away, but well worth the effort. I have eaten there several times and the the food is always great.
