Let's be honest about it, if you are on diet or looking for some fancy ambiance you should fine some place else. For Persian food, this is D-place. Food at Chellokababi is the best in its class in south bay, staff is fast and friendly. Kabobs and stew dishes are just delicious. Dont forget to try an appetizer or side... More

I was taken to this restaurant by my cousin since I am visiting here. I liked the vegetarian items I ordered and would recommend this place if you want it get a flavour of Persia .

I was pleasantly surprised by both the nice atmosphere and the good food. Being in a little strip mall, I didn't expect much. The waiter was courteous and attentive. The lamb nicely prepared and tender. The rice was plentiful, although not quite as flavorful as I like. All-in-all, I had a pleasant dining experience and would go back.

Good Persian food, good service, reasonable prices (about $25-$30 per person). Try the rose water ice cream treat.

I went to this place because it was walking distance from my hotel. The restaurant is located in a strip mall but was neat and clean. Service was courteous, polite, nothing extraordinary. I'm a fan of Persian food, I especially like kobideh (sp?); but their version of it didn't excite me; flavor-wise, there was just nothing notable about it.

This restaurant has Persian food, and I was very impressed by the food/service. The waiters were very professional, and always give you a warm greeting. Quickly came to our table when we needed something. The seating area is not that big, but it was very comfortable. Atmosphere is kinda quiet. I forgot the name of the meal, but it had... More

Great Persian food. The lamb is prepared with care, seasoned just right and very flavorful. Make sure you try the Saffron Ice Cream for dessert. Like nothing I have ever tasted (and that's special). The ice cream has a very different and unusual flavor that you will enjoy for a change of the norm....
