Our search for a good pizza in Silicon Valley continues. This is not it. Giovanni's offers decent pizza at decent (for this area) prices. I am not a NY pizza fan and don't like burnt crust which Giovanni's often delivers. Other than that, toppings are typical and in decent quantities, cheese is sparse (boo!), and the crust is fine when... More

Wow! If it is Italian this restaurant serves it. Not a fancy atmosphere. Just really good food. Loved the Gnochi!

Met colleagues here for lunch. The pizza was decent, but not outstanding - I've had much better elsewhere, even in the Bay Area. Prices are good, particularly considering how expensive the area is. The atmosphere is typical pizza parlor: bare floors, some art on the walls, but nothing that makes it stand out. I'd be willing to come back, but... More

For family style pizza in Silicon Valley, you simply cannot beat Giovanni's. The location is convenient and the restaurant itself is spacious and quite comfortable (NOTE: given notice, they can easily accommodate large parties). The owners are wonderful people, staff is helpful and accommodating, and, most important, the pizza is *very* good and a good value, too. The "Weight Watchers"... More

Giovanni's is terrific. Delicious thin crust pizza with just the right amount of tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The large side room is great for birthday parties and team get togethers.

Ordered a medium Pepperoni Pizza and a la carte spaghetti and came out to $25.00. Pizza was good but the spaghetti was very average.

The food here is good, and there is a lot of it. We went with a large group and they gave us excellent service.

You won't find better *plain* pizza anywhere in the bay area. For NY Pizza purists, who want nothing more than cheese and sauce on their pizza, this is the one to get. If you have to get toppings, go for the sausage instead of the pepperoni. Great service, they're super friendly and very prompt. Lunches are super busy, but you... More
