Excellent quality, fresh food, wonderfully seasoned. Staff was very friendly. Lovely, lovely, lovely. Even if you are not a vegetarian, you will love the quality and the portion size. The soymilk ice cream - two scoops - was superior. My family ordered a second, after we devoured the first. This place is tucked away on the side of a shopping... More

This place is awesome. There are a few raw (mostly raw) entrees including the papaya, rainbow and lotus root salads. The cooked entrees are reasonably priced and very tasty. They tend to use a lot of veggie meats. The pho and bun hue noodle soups are delicious!

My sisters have been coming here for a year so on my visit, we went for dinner. The selection is diverse and the food very tasty. The dishes have lots of vegetables too which some times you don't see at vegan places. Lively atmosphere with a great service staff that's friendly, hard working and always making sure you're enjoying the... More

I like both the mushroom with brown rice and the spicy noodle here. This place is nice and cozy. They also have a long list of dessert, definitely will check them out next time we come here.

This restaurant is amazing. I live in the Sunnyvale area and regularly go to Merit. I have tried two of their soups, and liked them very much. I like their tofu-based entrees, however I am not a big fan of how they substitute meat with soy. In fact, I am not a big fan of soy and will request Merit... More

We are a regular at merit vegetarian and have tried out most of their dishes. The eggplant tofu , papaya salad , lemongrass tofu are some of their best dishes.

Though it's called a vegetarian restaurant, it actually seems to be a vegan restaurant. Our group consisted of vegetarians and omnivores (who thought they wouldn't be full from a veggie meal). The dumplings looked like chicken and had the texture of chicken, but fortunately without the chicken taste or smell. They even put a "bone" in the dumpling which is... More

One of my lead managers is a fit, fitness and diet evangelist. This is the only place she will let me take her for lunch. The food is great, and is prepared quickly. Given my weight, I need to follow her lead. There is enough variety on the menu that your palate won't get bored.

We had the mix vegetable, the spring rolls, the sweet potato curry, and some eggplant with tofu dish. The food was pretty greasy. Out of the 4 dishes we got, the sweet potato curry was the best.
