Great food and lots of food for the price. You will leave satisfied. Beef quesadillas and chicken tacos are the bomb! Old building but worth the stop!

This is the dive restaraunt, that has been around for ever, that you keep going back to time and time again. Xochimilco is our family favorite go-to place for Mexican food. The food is tasty, salsa home made, and as a warning, the portions way larger than necessary. We always order the LUNCH version of whatever we want or items... More

When my family wants to go out for dinner, this is one of our usual spots. Their prices are great and portions huge enough to have lunch for the next day if you order a combo. Chips and salsa are fresh and good. This is a no frills, family run restaurant but what you get is authentic, great tasting food... More

The food was wonderful...especially the home made tortillas. The portions were generous! I so very much wanted to recommend this restaurant. But the downsides: servers in a hurry and kind of snappy, the space was noisy and chaotic, and a cockroach...yes...crawled across the table while we were eating.

Large portions great food and atmosphere like a family gathering. Space is limited however. This is the best food in town and better than what I have had in Mexico.

The food here is incredible. The best Mexican food. It is best to be here during the day. When the sun goes down, terrible neighborhood.

I love this place, they have great food and cool painting's to look at while you are waiting for your food :-) This is a huge hole in the wall (meaning it's big, comfy and has good food) in downtown Stockton.

Food is great. There is no doubt about that. Everything from beans and rice, homade tortillas, chips and salsa, to the chile colorado is excellent. The place does need renovation. I know people will go regardless since the food is great. I just think its about time to do some upgrades at least to the bathroom. But food is awesome!

I am biased. I have been eating there for years. I love this place. Lots of food on huge plates. and little money. Parking sucks. But one of Stocktons great mexican food places. I have tried most of the mex places in town. If you get a chance go there. If you go at night, go with acrowd, it is... More
