Waterloo is famous for its ribs (has its own BBB sauce) and pesto...but what's especially good are the daily lunch specials. My favorite is on Thursday with shredded pork on open face sandwich with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, and corn...yes, you might need a nap afterwards.

The atmosphere is loud and great fun. Definitely not a Biker Bar but has that "feeling" without the attendant down sides, just the noise and laughter. My favorite is the clam chowder. Members of my family and friends are quite "mad" for the ribs and shrimp scampi. Garlic bread is a good choice too. We come to Waterloo Inn for... More

This restaurant is a little out of the way but well worth the drive. The restaurant/bar is an older building and when you pull up you start to ask yourself “Really?” But when you step into the restaurant you see a lot of old memorabilia and happy faces. The menu is limited but the food is very good. The evening... More

My wife and I tried Waterloo based on the reviews here and were quite disappointed with the entrees. I ordered the Steak (there is only one kind, a New York cut). It was cooked to my medium order but despite the $27.00 cost it tasted quite bland. Very under-seasoned, more dry than juicy. They offer some peppercorn as a $2.00... More

A friend of mine took me here for my birthday, the steak was juicy tender and flavorful, they are also famous for their pesto pasta it was good but not fantastic. The atmosphere was fun with lots to look at on the walls. Staff friendly and courteous. They also have homemade pie. I will go here again, it's a little... More

All dishes served are excellent. Their ribs are fantastic, and their pasta is great. The pesto sauce is unbelievable. The rustic decor is unique and charming. I do not recall any vegan dishes, but visiting for lunch with a vegan friend, they easily accomodated by making a huge fresh vegetable salad with fresh lemon juice as the dressing. Not a... More

Authentic, terrific food and lively fun atmosphere. There is only one Waterloo Club, and it is our favorite place to visit when we are in town. The ribs and pesto are amazing, The service is friendly and fast. If you are a San Francisco Giants fan, you will love it. This place truly is one of a kind.

All portions were very generous and the food was delicious. I have to mention their homemade bbq sauce that you can even buy to take home with you...it was that good! Not only was the food great but also great service. I personally liked that it this is a family run business and they all take pride in the business.... More

Giant portions of perfectly bar-b-que'd meat, fresh salads, tasty pastas; [never ever made it to desert] and a full bar. All Giants fans will feel the love. Never a bad meal. Highest recommendations. If you are not from the area you'll never find it without gps

Quainly charming and packed eatery. They are famous for their tri-tip and pesto. It is a Stockton landmark and if you go plan to wait a bit to get a table. Good food.
