The name is now Pronto, their pasta was good so was the pizza, I prefer a thinner crust. The place is absolutely no frills. It's a good family place, it's a little hole on the wall.

When staying over night near SFO we checked out Cecilia's for a quick dinner. The food was good (pizza and a salad) and the waiter (who might have been the owner from the way he served us) was lovely. Though I might not search it out when in San Francisco, I'll definitely go back when staying near SFO.

We tried this restaurant, now named "Pronto!", that was listed in our hotel in-room guide. Our hotel was less than a quarter mile away. The owner waited on us, was very friendly and attentive, and the pizza was an outstanding thin crust style that my wife and agreed was delicious. In addition, we spoke with a few of the other... Had to get dinner and this was fortunately a stroll away from our hotel. Great food. Very nice service. Wish I could've sat down to enjoy but my little mad hatter of a toddler wouldn't allow it. Give it a try, people. You'll love the authentic dishes.

This is a small family run place with great food. I ate at a few of the Italian places while visiting SSF and this was the favorite. It doesn't have a bar with TV ,it is small and cozy with mostly locals. The name is now Prontos.

Been to this restaurant several times and the food is always hot and yummy. Service is slow if its crowed but the food still is worth the wait.

I was staying at the Ramada and this place was walking distance. The service was fantastic and the Pizza was amazing. Well worth a visit. Note that the name is now Pronto's.

Please see my review under Pronto Lasagneria. The reason I'm writing this is that we went looking for Cecilia's Pizza and Italian and this is the restaurant now located there.

We had a great dinner here. This place is nothing fancy but the food is very good and reasonably priced. Good service as well. I highly recommend this spot.
