Diverse Menu...All Delicious!

So fortunate to have gotten a recommendation from a local to have lunch here! We had a great breakfast and the coffee is good and hot. The pecan waffle was terrific. Our service was good. Sit out front on the patio and enjoy the morning sunshine.

A good eatery with great atmosphere. Also seems to be a meeting place for the town. Has a buzz about it and certainly a place to visit if you want to meet the locals.

I have certain dietary restrictions and thus cannot have cheese. I asked for their "signature duck sandwich" that comes with cheese and they would not leave off the cheese. I could order anything else but not their signature sandwich because they refused to leave cheese off. I have enough problems eating out, but to refuse to leave off cheese is... More

We learned about the Sunflower Cafe on TripAdvisor and very much enjoyed out visit. It is a very vibrant local breakfast spot where everyone seems like friends. We happened to be there the morning after the Super Bowl and there were plenty of folks looking for a too much partying fix! The menu is eclectic with traditional favorites mixed with... More

Ended our weekend in Sonoma with breakfast/brunch at Sunflower Caffe. Order at the counter and they serve your table sort of place. Food was good, coffee was strong. Can get a little crowded since the tables are very close together. It was raining on our visit, so everyone was crammed inside. Back yard/patio looks like it would be nice -... More

We are Sonoma "locals" and often don't go down to the Plaza on weekends because of the crowds. However, we had the chance to stop by the Sunflower Cafe for lunch. Because of the long line of other hungry people, we stood in the order line for about 15 minutes before the cashier was able to take our order. Although... More

Sunflower Cafe is a wonderful little restaurant on the square. It's not pretentious and is a very comfortable restaurant with very good counter service that is both friendly and helpful. The menu is a little overwhelming so you need to know what you want before your step up to the counter to order. Once you order, you pay, get a... More

Having had a late breakfast, we shared a delicious Reuben sandwich which was ample for the two of us. For dessert, we had great cappuccinos and lattes. There is lovely courtyard seating which is good because the cafe itself is small. Service was great and the price reasonable.

I had a great breakfast here one morning while visiting Sonoma. It is a casual restaurant where you order at the counter and then they bring your food to your table. The avocado egg open-faced sandwich was delicious as was the blackberry scone. Very friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere.
