Nice for lunch

Good food, outdoor seating -- lovely. You have to order at the counter and I prefer table service, but for lunch it worked fine.

Coffee and lunch outside. Coffee is good and the food is fine. It's outdoors on the Sonoma Square. A very nice choice for casual enjoyment on a fair day.

Found this cafe reviewed on Diners, Dives and Drive-Ins and reviewed for their chicken salad. Stopped for lunch on March 4, 2015 and had chicken salad sandwich and tomato soups - just perfect. Great food with just the right amount of spice and flavor. Slightly pricey - two sandwiches, two drinks and soup was @ $45. but well worth it.... More

So fortunate to have gotten a recommendation from a local to have lunch here! Our sandwiches were amazing....The rueben came with a delicious red potato salad and the vegan pita with white bean salad was well spiced. Everything was great! The menu was fun and certain choices are clearly labeled "no exceptions so don't even ask." I trust there is... More

We had a great breakfast and the coffee is good and hot. The pecan waffle was terrific. Our service was good. Sit out front on the patio and enjoy the morning sunshine.

A good eatery with great atmosphere. Also seems to be a meeting place for the town. Has a buzz about it and certainly a place to visit if you want to meet the locals.

I have certain dietary restrictions and thus cannot have cheese. I asked for their "signature duck sandwich" that comes with cheese and they would not leave off the cheese. I could order anything else but not their signature sandwich because they refused to leave cheese off. I have enough problems eating out, but to refuse to leave off cheese is... More

We learned about the Sunflower Cafe on TripAdvisor and very much enjoyed out visit. It is a very vibrant local breakfast spot where everyone seems like friends. We happened to be there the morning after the Super Bowl and there were plenty of folks looking for a too much partying fix! The menu is eclectic with traditional favorites mixed with... More

Ended our weekend in Sonoma with breakfast/brunch at Sunflower Caffe. Order at the counter and they serve your table sort of place. Food was good, coffee was strong. Can get a little crowded since the tables are very close together. It was raining on our visit, so everyone was crammed inside. Back yard/patio looks like it would be nice -... More
