Interesting place on the square in Sonoma

Food was interesting... I had a meatball and seafood stew. It was tasty and different. Also shared a half bottle of local wine that was pretty good. Sat outside in what seemed to be a tent with space heaters that were working on overdrive- which made it a bit warm. Overall a good experience.

A very nice restaurant. Great staff very friendly and nice atmosphere. The pork leg was very chewy. Parsnip was very good. The desert menu wasn't that exciting lots of chocolate and more chocolate...... Chocolate livers paradise for sure

Very happy with our experience here! Sat at bar which was tight but cozy, and allowed for great conversation with staff. Their recommendations were spot on! We loved the rib eye and cannelloni (with duck/mushroom filling) and lemon cake. Highly recommended!

Good food, mostly from local sources. The outdoor seating was a bit tight. The service was excellent.

This place was recommeded by one of the wineries and it was a great suggestion. Not a hugely extensive menu, especially for vegetarians, but as long as you are not fussy, you can be sure that whatever you choose will be fresh and tasty. I had butternut squash pasta with nuts, chantarelles and pomegranate...the combination of flavours was divine. Service... More

We had dinner on a date night in the back under the tent. The service was great and the food was delectable! Loved the variety of local produce available!!! Incredibly fresh vegetables make such a difference. My husband's dish was equally as good. We will definitely be going back!

Sonoma has a hand full of very good restaurants and this is one. The food is consistently good and service is great. The menu often has inventive and tasty dishes with the freshest ingredients. Glad to see it is a busy spot!

You can usually tell how good a restaurant is by how difficult it is to get a reservation at the time you want. We had to take an earlier reservation than we wanted although I reserved well in advance. It was worth it because the food lived up to expectations. It's a small place and the dishes are all reasonably... More

The food was good. The service was not good. We sat on the patio, and there was quite a large group under a covered part of the patio. Maybe it was a group function and that's why the service was lacking. We waited forever for someone to come over, waited for the water, waited a long time for the wine,... More

We were a large group, and thus a challenge. The back area was fun and festive (small but welcoming). Service was slow after ordering -- we were about 16 on two tables -- but they did get it simultaneous and it was well-served. The food itself was very good, a small menu well done. The fish was delicious. Although (like... More
