Still Very Good but not Great

Eight years ago this was our favorite restaurant in Sonoma. Returned two nights ago with my wife. We shared Fettuccini Carbonara as an appetizer. It was superb, the best Carbonara we have ever had. My wife had the Steak for dinner, and it was also excellent. I chose Paella. The bottom line is... read more

We stopped in on a Sunday at the lunch hour, were greeted by a host that sat us immediately, without a reservation-the restaurant was busy and we were relieved to get seats inside as it was hot outside. Our server was very good, quick with recommendations and made sure we were happy with our selections (beet salad, mushroom flatbread and... More

We were lucky and walked in at Sunday brunch. By the time we left, there was a two hour wait. The waitresses were very attentive despite being busy. I had the scrambled egg proscuitto pizza. It was too large for me so I took home half of it and ate it the next day. The facilities are very stylish.

We were staying at El Dorado hotel for 3 days and decided to eat dinner here the first night. Our server was really nice, super attentive and recommended delicious items on the menu. I love to share plates so you can taste as much as possible, had the oysters, the burrata, the beet salad and the chicken and every single... More

Pleasantly surprised by the well executed menu and exceptional non-alcoholic drinks. The fish tacos were crisp and flavorful. Chose to take a break from the wine and had a No-jito made with ginger ale, mint and lime. It was fantastic. For dessert we tried the coconut tapioca with berries and lime ice. Cool and refreshing on an exceptionally hot afternoon.... More

Great food, great service! We were introduced to this restaurant by friends who live in Sonoma. If locals recommend it....that does say something..........as there are so many places to choose from. We have eaten here several times and never been disappointed.

The rib special was delicious, but very rich and a bit too overbearing. The salmon was overcooked and dry. Very contrasting meals in terms of quality. A decent meal but nothing to write home about.

Well after a wine trolley ride all day, I was in the mood for some real good food and we found it. Great environment and talk about excellent food!!!! Limited menu for the night, perfect selections. Big portions and outstanding prep! Lamb x 3 ways, seafood paella, along with a great desert and wine/brandy. We brought in our own bottle... More
