My wife and I have visited Sonoma several times over the past few years and we always look forward to a special meal at Carneros Bistro. We had such a memorable experience the last time we ate there that I'm compelled to write a review. We called ahead to reserve a table as well as our favorite server Kimberly who... More

Our first trip to Carneros Bistros was in 2009 for our 20th anniversary trip to Sonoma. We've been hooked from that point on! Since then we've been several times. Phenomenal food, wines, lodging, and customer service! Kimberly was our server in 2009 and we were ecstatic to have her as our server again in October 2014 when we returned for... More

Had dinner here during Thanksgiving week, town was very crowded and most restaurants were booked. My daughter in law who lives in Sonoma picked this place. Everything about this place was very good but very expensive. $10 for a bowl of soup. It was not very crowded for a Saturday night, so price may be an issue.

Good choices for breakfast and service was good. They started you off with complimentary mini smoothie and muffin

Great food, really fresh, nice wines & it was enclosed in patio. Don't be discouraged by the cars parked nearby. You don't even notice once inside. Very nice.

We were there for Sunday brunch. Great service. Full brunch buffet plus a good menu if you do not want the buffet.

Dinner menu had good variety and chef specials every day. Breakfast with fresh squeezed OJ, fresh granola and chef special pancakes and French toast are available with buffet. Little pricey, but not for Sonoma and most ingredients are local.

Loved it all. My hubby enjoyed the duck, which was prepared two different ways. I enjoyed the sliders. Little tipsy from wine tasting, so I can't remember the appetizer. All good!

I had 3 breakfasts here and one dinner w/ a private reception. All the meals were delicious, esp. dinner. The service was consistently excellent; everyone was pleasant and attentive. And they source much of their food, so I was told, from local farmers. I had chicken and bacon which I was told both were antibiotic and hormone free. The atmosphere... More

Second trip to Sonoma stayed at adjacent Renaissance property. All meals and service have been exceptional. We split a main course and shared extra sides with no problem.
