Fresh, Inventive Mediterranean and Iberian Cuisine in the heart of the Sonoma Valley Wine Country. Seafood and Portuguese Cuisine are our specialties. We offer a unique variety of fresh local and imported seafood specials daily including whole fish. The seafood selections on our menu are complimented by a variety of meat dishes ranging from the popular Pork Tenderloin stuffed with almonds, olives and figs to the, hard to find, Tripe Porto Style. Many of these dishes come steaming hot out of the wood-burning oven and fill the dining room with the exotic aromas of true Mediterranean cuisine. The menu reflects the commitment of Chef and Owner Manuel Azevedo to creating the unique culinary delights of his native Portugal and its neighbors. LaSalette Restaurant is proudly one of Zagat Surveys top rated restaurants in Sonoma. See our web site for the complete menu and a look inside our dining room, which features an open kitchen and decor that sends you back in time to old Lisbon.

Great place to meet friends! Great food!!!!

I LOVE this restaurant! I found it by accident when I was booking a reservation to meet my girlfriend who lives in Santa Rosa. We decided this would be a great half way point to meet up! It is a very small restaurant, tucked away in the back of the Sonoma Square! Parking was a little tricky because... read more

Warm and inviting space, with pretty dishes! I had the stuffed pork loin, which was prettier than it tasted - it was dry, and I couldn't really taste the stuffing. My hubby had the sea bass en papillon special, which was fabulous! We ended with the Chocolate Fetish - totally worth the calories.

Good food, relaxed environment. $4 charge for sharing plates was a bit off. Salted sturgeon was excellent.

We had never eaten Portugese food before but everyone said we needed to try this restaurant on our trip to a Sonoma. Taking them up on their recommendation, we got a reservation for a tavle on the patio and was extremely pleased with everything. The patio had such a sweet feel about it and the service was outstanding. We ordered... More

1rst time enjoying the restaurant and this type of food. We were impressed. A very nice decore and inviting outside patio. A friendly greeting at the door an an excellent wait staff. The real star is the food. To start I had the cold tomato gazpacho soup. This was to die for! My wife had a very nice salad. I... More

We don't get to Sonoma often but never miss LaSallete. Great food, nice people and excellent Portuguese wine. Be sure to try their fish dishes and Portuguese pork dish.

The food is always excellent and the service impeccable. We went for lunch on a Sunday. I had the chicken salad and my partner had the special sandwich. Both were delicious!

We stopped by this restaurant in early spring. To my surprise, it was a great restaurant offering very traditional Portuguese cuisine. The entree was special, arousing ur appetite indeed. We ordered seafood stew for lunch that day. The taste was amazingly good. The restaurant even served chocolate truffle after the main courses. The usher there was amiable, she told me... More

Highly recommended restaurant near the main plaza in Sonoma! The bread served is excellent. We shared the heirloom tomato salad and sea bass special. Both were the most flavorful dishes I have eaten in a long time. Desserts were splendid-you can't go wrong. All choices are great here. This was an evening to remember!
