VERY GOOD

Nice to get off the square to a restaurant that is more on the quiet side. we were there on a weekday around 1 pm. not too busy. lovely patio, quiet enough that the 4 of us could talk. I had the fajita burrito which was very good and the house margarita, which was delicious. reasonably priced... read more

We're from KC where authentic Mexican is pretty easy to find. As far as this goes it was about average but definitely but bad in terms of food. Very overpriced in comparison to what we are used to for good authentic Mexican, probably due to location.

We were just strolling around the downtown Plaza area and none of the menus really stood outbreak until we saw La Casa's menu and saw an Avocado Relleno so we decided to try it. My fiancee had the relleno and I had the paella. Both were very and she loved the relleno. Table salsa was also very good.

Visited on a Wednesday night shortly after dinner time. Was not very crowded and got right in. Menu is relatively simple only one page of drinks in one page of entrées. Not your typical tacos, burritos, chimichangas. We had a large bowl of tortilla soup, A avocado and mahi-mahi chili rellano and a carafe of white sangria. Total bill was... More

We went with friends for a casual dinner. Service was friendly and efficient and the dinners were served quickly served. Each of us ordered a different meal but all were well prepared and tasty, everything from a Mexican paella, tacos and an avocado salad.

Make sure you get a house margarita at happy hour and food is Excellent. I now use this place as my standard for Mexican food- haven't... More

When you have 2 kinds of posole on the menu and they're both good, you know you're in a fairly authentic Mexican restaurant. We had about six places to choose from but decided to give LA Casa a try. I had a selection of four tacos each with a different filling. My wife had the Chile relleno & chicken enchillada... More

We started with a pitcher of their red sangria which was very good. I had the prawns relleno & my husband had the paella both were very good. For desert we tried the fried ice cream which was also very good.
