The food was nice, and according to one of my fellow travelers, their burger is awesome. My seafood was nice too, but could have benefited from more spice. Their cheese platter could also have been more generous and could have had more "stuff" on it (crackers, grapes, nuts etc). No complaints on the service. more

While in Sonoma, we stopped at The Girl & the Fig based on a suggestion from my husband's co-worker. I took one look at the menu and was instantly excited! Great dining experience. We sat outside, which had a great, fun vibe. Heaters, fireplace, lots of people having a great time. the food was excellent. we enjoyed the wine pairings with our food. we prefer the outdoor seating, and the fire pit and outdoor chimney are great (especially on cool evenings). more

We had reservations for lunch at 1:30. Our salads and sandwiches arrived at 2;25. The server NEVER checked with us after our drinks were served. We were recommended this place by a foodie friend and so had high hopes. Sadly, a little disappointed. The atmosphere was a little odd. Or rather the personality of the place was odd.
