Salads good,Gnocchi just okay...

There are so many good restaurants in the Napa/Sonoma area that it's hard to choose. One of the reasons for this choice was that it has one dog-friendly table, (under heat lamps and we had our dog with us. I can tell you that the Pappardelle with duck ragu was one of the best I 've ever had ( and... More

We had the best experience here. Great wine list, amazing food, and an authentic feel that makes this one of the best stops in Sonoma.

We had nine people and were looking for a place just off the square in Sonoma. One of our group suggested Della Santina's so we checked it out and they were able to handle our party on the patio. The patio area is delightful and reminded me of some of our travels in Italy and the places we ate there.... More

Very nice courtyard setting for al fresco dining. The menu is fairly limited, and is more of a California-Italian restaurant than true Italian - for example, the ragout was with duck. We had the antipasto appetizer; while the salami and olives were good, the prosciutto was not up to par(ma). My wife's grilled Salmon was excellent, much better than my... More

This restaurant(off the main drag) was recommended by a shop keeper and she was right on. The service, patio setting and family attention were excellent. Food was good too! A really nice local experience. Will be back.

We chose this spot since we had walked the square and did not have a reservation. Della Sabtina was able to seat us right away and we were hungry. The place was not packed, yet the service was terribly slow. We waited several minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us. We had been wine tasting all day and had... More

Came here for Lunch as soon as they opened and sat outside in the courtyard. Overall nice not fancy or anything. Service was good throughout, although it took a little longer than I'd like to get my check considering they were not that busy. The food was excellent, I ordered the Sea Bass and my wife the Veal Marsala, I... More

Reservations are a must at Della Santina's. It is small, with several rooms that wind around through an enclosed alley. The menu is easy to understand, which is not so common in Sonoma. The bread is served promptly and the wait staff was very cheerful about explaining items and making suggestions. My husband had the lasagna; he is usually very... More

The Hub's and I ate here on our wine country get away. Nice location right off the square in Sonoma. We walked up and it smelled heavenly, nice first impression. We were hoping for patio seating but when you make last minute reservations you don't always get what you want. We were seated in the front Parlor of the restaurant,... More
