Went here based on TripAdvisor reviews and it was worth the trip, it is off the beaten path in Sonoma (not on the main square) but worth the 4 extra blocks. The food is very reasonably prices and SO good. The pasta was fresh and the portion was HUGE. The staff was very friendly and made great recommendations and was... More

Real, true, epic Italian food. Owned by a fabulous couple - this is the real deal. Yes, there is an authentic Italian man back there cooking your food - and he is busting his butt at it, seriously, take a peek in the kitchen. See? I told you so! I'm not one for sappy silly over the top overly positive... More

My husband and I both had the orichete with seafood. There was an abundance of mussels, scampi, and scallops. The red sauce was light and flavorful. We shared a fruit tart for desert. Delicious!

Ignore the location (a little strip mall a few blocks from the Square), ignore the fact that it can be noisy if there is a big group dining....just focus on how authentic the food is,enjoy the freshest ingredients, and close your eyes and be transported to a small cafe in Florence. This is now my FAVORITE restaurant in Sonoma!

This hidden gem is located several blocks from the main Plaza. The food is wonderful, fresh and beautifully prepared. We had six in our group and saw and tasted a variety of items. The veal was beautiful and a quality that is not served in all restaurants. One man in our group had the 14 oz. rib steak and it... More

We arranged for our wine group of 15 to have dinner there. Instead of everyone selecting different dishes, I asked Gaitano to fix his favorite meal for all of us. Everyone agreed that is was the best meal that the group had ever had. We would all highly recommend this restaurant.

After a fun day in Sonoma Valley we decided we wanted Italian. Every course we had was beyond expectations! We started with an order of Mozzarella Frita....we knew the rest of the meal was going to be just as delicious to eat as well as presentation. A couple of us had the special (not on the menu at the time)... More

My wife and I discovered this little gem some years ago and we have become regular customers. My favorite Italian dish is spaghetti carbonara and Gaitano makes the better than the ones I had in Italy this summer. His daily specials are fresh and varied. The wine selection and suggestions by his wife Kim have always been great.

We had a first rate standard Italian meal ..... my wife had Bucattini Amatriciana, I had Linguine Vongole, and we split a green salad. Everything was excellent and service was prompt and friendly. Definitely would return.

Went there with my family and friends. Food it excellent (although they were out of gnocchis - which 3 of the 6 people with us were going to order). The asparagus soup was not that flavorful but the main course dishes and dessert were all excellent. Everyone was happy with their meals. The service was a little slow but that... More
