Stopped here for breakfast on our way up the coast. Solvang is really an early morning treat. We tried the apple pancake balls and they were just delicious. Service was friendly and quick and our cup of coffee was great!

We went here on the recommendation of the Visitor's Center. It was very busy, but the service was great. I ordered the "Adult Grilled Cheese" b/c cheese grilled in a sandwich is ALWAYS delicious. I kid you not.... BEST grilled cheese EVER. My husband tasted my sandwich and immediately regretted his choice (even though it was good too!). It had... More

The food here was good and I would definitely stop in there again. We had to try their specialty... the aebelskeivers (pancakes shaped like tennis balls served with powdered sugar and raspberry jam). They were SO GOOD!!!

We've been coming here since day one, it seems. Jeff is a gracious host and has a great menu. Every item is delicious. Don't miss the aebelskeivers and medeisterpolse. Both are wonderful. If you like corned beef hash, it's one of the best. Great juice and coffee. They put little lit up homes on the walls during Christmas. Don't miss... More

Very disappointed with the food here. Have to admit that the meatballs you get at IKEA are more flavorful! The green beans were just that. Naked green and yellow beans. No seasoning, butter, etc. The saurkraut was good and my husband liked his sausage. Mashed potatoes were runny and tasted like instant. Really find it hard to believe all of... More

My favorite restaurant to go to in Solvang! But before having Aebelskivers for dessert, try their open face sandwiches and beans soup! Reubens were great too!!

We just had to have Aebelskivers for breakfast and this place didn't disappoint. We didn't just have aebelskivers--the eggs, various breakfast meats, hash browns, etc. were all great. Service was friendly and for lack of a better word, excellent. Prices were good, especially for a tourist area. I even bought a new aebelskiver pan (my old one is 30 years... More

What is an aebelskiver? A terrific pancake in the shape of a ball(due to the specially shaped pan) doused with powdered sugar and a delicious smearing of raspberry jam. We stopped in for breakfast and decided to get an order of aebelskivers to go with our pancake breakfast. That turned out to be a lot of dough and it was... More

Always a great place for breakfast. Excellent dishes and presentation. Good ham and sausage. You have to try the Aebleskivers, even if you share... If you get a chance you should watch them being cooked through the front window. It is an interesting process. Service is EXCELLENT. Thanks Carol!!! And, prices are fair,
