I visit this restaurant with some degree of frequency as I live in Solvang. Large delicious portions served with wonderful hospitality. Prices are great for value received. Saturday and Sunday mornings are very busy but the hostess handles the crowds with great diligence and efficiency. John K

Clean, reasonably priced, great friendly service, and the best pancakes ever. Good thing it's so far from where we live or else I'd get very fat!

Came here as a result of attending the weekend Danish Days festival. Sunday morning before church this place was hopping. A line was out the door, yet despite our expected twenty minute wait that the hostess said, we were in our seats in half that time. Our breakfast was great. The atmosphere was great, and our waitress, Cynthia, was an... More

Large breakfast, piping hot and speedy service. The sausage served with breakfast was better than at most of the Solvang restaurants where we have had lunches and dinners. Their breakfasts are excellent.

Ate here for breakfast. Danish pancakes and their home made sausage is one of their specialties. It was tasty. If you are looking for ebelskivers, they do not make them here.

Have not visited Solvang in almost 20 years. We used to visit when our kids were little. I posted a picture of our pancake's on Facebook and all my kids knew immediately where we were. The pancakes were just as light as we remembered. The bacon was out of this world. I hope we don't have to wait another 20... More

We recently visited Solvang and enjoyed a great breakfast of Danish Pancakes (crepe-like, light, thin pancakes) with choice of fruit on top, with bacon and eggs. This was excellent in that the cakes were so light and not the heavy-type cakes that you usually eat elsewhere. Go early as it gets crowded after 9 am.

We had a very good breakfast at Paula's and sat in the patio area. The Danish pancakes are very good and with fresh whipped cream and real fresh strawberries, they are a treat. Try the Danish sausage which was quite tasty. Our service was good and it was fun sitting among a lot of foreign visitors who were trying to... More

I'm a bacon 'n eggs kinda guy for my typical breakfast ,not a huge fan of buttermilk pancakes. But this restaurant has Danish Pancakes on the menu so I had to try them. With blueberries . And yes they were fantastic, worth the price of admission!! It's a very busy place so I would recommend reservations at least on weekends.... More
