Visited Solvang for the first time and what a great little town. Danish pastries at several stops but found that i liked the Solvang Bakery the best. The almond butter ring was out of this world and made me go back twice to buy more. The coconut macroons and the almond cookies also made a hit... read more

I convinced my family to visit Solvang on a trip through, even though a few of them thought it would be cheesy. I had been once before and wanted to share it. Of course, I was right, and they agreed it was actually lovely. :) (Yay, me!) Of course, I had to choose a bakery for some treats while there... More

Visited Solvang for the first time. What an absolutely delightful town. Couldn't resist many of the wonderful Danish pastries, including those at Solvang Bakery, Really cute place, great service, and scrumptious goodies. Their napoleons and cream puffs were a mile high! Can't wait to come back. Lost all our calories by walking all over Solvang. Great restaurants, shops, and plenty... More

I got to admit, the Danish bakery was adorable. The brownies and croissants were De-Lish! But the register lady was making me feel so stupid. She looked at me weirdly ! Anyways, besides HER its a good place.

I come here frequently. They did our wedding cake 6 years ago and did an amazing job. I get my birthday cake here every year and it's my favorite place to stop for a little treat and coffee. The decor is feels very European, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Love it!

In my younger years, a stop in Solvang was required on a trip up the coast. Those waffles would stay with you all the way to Morro Bay. I didn't notice in years gone by that it was anything but charmingly different, but this time it did seem like it was approaching the "over the top" level. It's still fun,... More

A great little bakery with lovely old deco in a great town. Delicious pastries as food as those in Denmark. Great customer service. Would return.
