An excellent stop on our California Road Trip

As part of a California beer road trip, we decided to stop at the original Pizza Port for some grub and a few beers. I decided to order up a flight + the Bressi Ranch Pizza which featured pulled pork, buffalo sauce, 2 cheeses and pepperocinis. The beer came out quickly. Some were good, some were... read more

We'd just checked into our room for the week and decided to order a pizza. We called and ordered a large meatlovers-type pizza. It was $24.01! It was just okay - nothing special. There is no delivery.

Average pizza ... the beers were hit and miss! The pizza was flat average ... admittedly the cheese was nice but the crust, toppings and sauce were just OK. The Swami's IPA was a pretty good beer but the Ponto Sessions IPA was not good, almost insipid. This place could have been better.

Craft beers may be all the craze but PP has been brewing since the 80's. They make their own beer (of course) and have great guest beers! It's loud, crowded, full of happy people having great pizza and beer! Old school order at the register and then order beer separately. Great place for family and friends with friends with video... We came here last weekend on a recommendation. What a great place! It was absolutely packed (there was some sort of bike race going on), but we were able to find a spot to sit and enjoy lunch. We ordered beer and a pizza. They are also an excellent brewery!

I love their beers so we went there for pizza too. Service was friendly and quick. Beer selection was awesome and our pizza was killer. Had the beer buddies & Pizza Laguna!! Pizza Port is a "Must Do" when you are in this area.

Even when the place isn't packed it's deafeningly loud. Try to get a spot on the small patio or you'll leave with ringing ears. And my voice was hoarse after talking to the people sitting next to me. The pizza is above average and the brews are fantastic, try the new "Coast to Crest Trail Ale"! You might want to... More

Ok, maybe not the best pizza, but for California it probably is; and the pizza is very good. Their beer is very good and they also have 'guest' taps. A fun place to eat by yourself and with friends and/or family.

Very casual fun place for great beer. They brew their own and have some good brews from other places. The pizza did not look like anything special but the people eating it seemed to enjoy it. I had the buffalo wings which were very good. Great place to go for very good beer and some food that will get the... More

This pizza place has a VERY casual atmosphere. They serve their own beer and wine. Bartender samples it with you like it's her first time. Funny! Games for kids to play. Long picnic tables and small individual tables (some outdoors) for seating. Expect a delay if crowded as they appear to make pizza from scratch.
