What the heck Pizza Port? You’ve always been a go-to for good beer! My husband and I went brewery hopping and stopped at this Pizza Port. The beer was warm and the pizza wasn’t. This isn’t the norm. Maybe they were just having a bad day? But seriously, worse experience ever. Just say no to warm beer. If you’d like... More

As pointed out in other reviews, Pizza Port is a bit of an institution in San Diego. There are a half-dozen now along with Port Brewing and the Lost Abbey all putting out some great beer. Pizza Port started out as a pizza restaurant but really is much better known for their brewing skills. The pizza here is mediocre in... More

This is your quintissential pizza shop. Open front, excellent pizza and any kind of drink you could want with friendly service. A place for friends to gather and they do!

Pizza Port is a bit of an institution in San Diego County, with a few locations around town. The Solana Beach spot is right on Highway 101 -- just a few steps from Fletcher Cove park. The outdoor patio is a great people watching spot -- Inside is personally a bit too loud for me as it is all one... More

Met a friend a this Pizza Port location across from train station at 5 PM on a Wed., and it was getting crowded. Different specialty pizzas were decent for about $20 for a large. Craft beers were good. Picnic table seating, no reservations, bar atmosphere. It was loud, hard to talk, not kid friendly, and we had 5 with us.... More

Pizza for me was quite ordinary. The young crowd loves micro brews available. I took my son who loved their array of beer. Food was nothing special.

Great pizza and beer but no happy hour or brew specials so the bill can be quite high. The atmosphere is lacking (rows of picnic tables) but the place is packed every time I stop for lunch. Parking can be difficult so don't be surprised if you have to walk a few blocks.

Great pizza and microbrews. From Carlsbad Beach, pick a location either north (Carlsbad Village) or south (Solana Beach).

I was brought here by some locals who claimed this was the greatest pizza around. They weren't wrong the pizza was great but the place was packed. We had trouble find seats and had to wait a while for the pizza to get to us. The joint was so loud we had to yell to talk, but I guess that's... More

The food was complemented by the service and positive attitude of the people that work here. My kids felt right at home. I lived the spicy wings. I tried 3 of the beers. All excellent. Can't wait to go back.
