Great local pizza and brew! Kid friendly

We ordered three pies and they were all full of yummy, gooey cheese. The kiddos played video games and we swayed to some music while waiting. Huge salad split by 4 adults was more than enough. We had leftovers. Great location near Fletcher Cove where we worked up an appetite on the beach and in the... read more

Pizza Port is a standard setter for San Diego pizza - and the Solana Beach location is no different. Incredible pizza with a nice selection of beers. If you are in the mood for some good pizza pie, this is your place!

This is a great pizza place with their own beer too. I do not like beer but everyone else I go there with loves it. I stick with wine. They make great pizzas and the beer buddies (yummy doughy goodness) are a must have!

Pizza was good but not really worth the premium price, decent selection of beers prices go along with the pizza. Kind of surprised by the crowds, location, location was not unhappy with the pizza just kind of meh. Better places to spend my money in the future.

Overall the Pizza is good. Nice selection of beers, although they are famous for thier house microbrews, I only found the California Ale to be appealing. Pizza was OK, pretty expensive for what you get, and took forever to get the order, although they were not busy at all when i was there. Nice atmosphere, and you can eat outside... More

We'd just checked into our room for the week and decided to order a pizza. We called and ordered a large meatlovers-type pizza. It was $24.01! It was just okay - nothing special. There is no delivery.

Average pizza ... the beers were hit and miss! The pizza was flat average ... admittedly the cheese was nice but the crust, toppings and sauce were just OK. The Swami's IPA was a pretty good beer but the Ponto Sessions IPA was not good, almost insipid. This place could have been better.

As part of a California beer road trip, we decided to stop at the original Pizza Port for some grub and a few beers. I decided to order up a flight + the Bressi Ranch Pizza which featured pulled pork, buffalo sauce, 2 cheeses and pepperocinis. The beer came out quickly. Some were good, some were so so. Within 15... Craft beers may be all the craze but PP has been brewing since the 80's. They make their own beer (of course) and have great guest beers! It's loud, crowded, full of happy people having great pizza and beer! Old school order at the register and then order beer separately. Great place for family and friends with friends with video... We came here last weekend on a recommendation. What a great place! It was absolutely packed (there was some sort of bike race going on), but we were able to find a spot to sit and enjoy lunch. We ordered beer and a pizza. They are also an excellent brewery!
