Great Breakfat

We spent a month at Solana Beach and this became my husband's favorite place for breakfast because of their french toast. So good! The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and many many interesting menu items. Highly recommended.

You can sit in or outdoors. It is hard to choose what you want because many of the items on the menu sound great. Service was good. I would definitely go back.

Great variety and well prepared large meals. Non-traditional entrees, so if you are completely set on eggs and bacon, better check the menu first before going. The use of rice, spicy sausage, and great fresh flavor of the ingredients is why we go. I suppose it could be called Hawaiian style, but not being all that flair with island foods,... More

I have eaten here a couple of times. The location is marginal...reminds me of a converted car repair shop...and the tables do not actually face the potential views of the hills, coast hwy...odd. Food is hit or miss. Average.

They have an interesting menu with lot's of options, all made to order fresh, and I imagine as farm to table as possible. They smoke their own salmon so order it with a bagel, cream cheese, onions, etc. and you'll be delighted. We'll go back every time we're in Solana Beach or nearby.

Breakfast is very nice after a long coastal bike ride. Dinner is surprisingly good too with simple but very tasty fare.

If you are a health nut, you will love this place. They do a great job using locally sourced ingredients and you can tell they put effort into their meals. It's locally owned by nice people and it shows... their staff is all super nice and attentive and look like they like their job. Truth be told, my wife likes... More

We stopped here based on other people's recommendation and it was a great decision. The lemon/ricotta/blueberry pancake was amazing, the scramble was delicious, and the monte cristo was simply a treat...you don't usually see that done well at a lot of places. They have nice outdoor seating though they do allow dogs and there were many of them out so... More

This is our favorite place for breakfast. I love the lobster and salmon omelettes and my wife loves the pancakes. Fresh squeezed juices and dog friendly also.
