We proudly serve three reds, a bold Cabernet Sauvignon, a full bodied Merlot and a smooth blend we call Majorette. Our wines are always served along with good conversation and fabulous fine dining experience, and complemented by views of sprawling green pastures.

My wife and I were going to our grandsons graduation from the Shasta Fire Academy. We wanted to have a great lunch before the ceremony. We stopped at the Anselmo Vineyards winery. The waitress was very polite and her service was acceptable. When we asked her to recommend a good wine paring to go with a dinner that we would... More

On the way back from Lassen Park in the afternoon, we saw the sign on the highway that said "Anselmo Vineyards, Wine Tasting Tuesday - Saturday" so we decided to stop and sample and buy wine. We first encountered a sign that said "NO motorcycles" which we laughed about. We got out and approached the front doors of the tasting... More

This was my first and only trip to Anselmo Vineyards. It is a beautiful area, however, the pompous attitude of certain staff is unacceptable. The first sign you see upon arrival is NO MOTORCYCLES. There are no dress code signs so when you arrive inside, they then tell you whether or not you meet the dress code embarrassing you in... More

What a hidden treasure! The grounds, the buildings, and even the foods are beautiful. The staff is welcoming and professional. And about the food? Delicious. Absolutely divine. It is served so beautifully that one hates to cut into it, but when you do, you will find the tastes and textures are perfect. My favorite place to dine!

We are so glad we went back. This is our 3rd trip there and the best. It was for lunch and wine tasting. We sampled wine and ordered our favorite. Our cheese platter was very enjoyable. Our salads were very nice. Our server, Charity, was a perfect combination of attentiveness without a pretentious air. A pleasure. This place is not... More

It had been over a year since we had a meal there, and the last experience was pleasant, but this time it was wonderful. We arrived with another couple celebrating their anniversary along with us. We had reservations and were given the option of out door or in dining. At first we went outside as the early evening was pleasant.... More

It's been a year or so since we have been to Anselmo for dining. I must say, there have been some definite improvements to both the property and the restaurant. The restaurant is now run by a manager we recognized. He ran a successful steakhouse in Redding for many years and we can see his expertise coming through at Anselmo.... More

Thanks again Mr. Anselmo!! Great evening at the ranch again. The new conservatory is quite beautiful! We had wonderful cuisine as usual tonight. We did however have to sit next to a table who seemed to complain about every thing. They were very unpleasant people. They seemed to be planning to make this evening difficult for your server before they... More
