This was my second time having breakfast here and it didn't disappoint. It can be very busy here and there isn't a lot of places to sit. Casual atmosphere and lots of outside tables. Heaters and mexican blankets to use. Food is yummy, not terribly pricy and good portions. The staff is very friendly also. I highly recommend if you... More

We stopped by here for dinner and it's just a great place. The food is top notch, well priced, and great service. To top it off they had beer from the Lost Coast Brewery! Cheers

Driving by Zorro's it doesn't look like much, but when we finally went for breakfast recently, boy were we impressed. Yes, it is small. The food was outstanding. We had our food snobs along for this trip and they were very impressed. After breakfast they were making plans to return, centered on eating at Zorro's. Mexican food was some of... More

Chili on this tasted like a can of beans was used vs chili. Salsa was good. Service good and fast Price's were a bit height ... but considering this is a tourist town was inline.

They also have tacos and Coronas daily at 5pm for $5. They are dog friendly with a delightful patio Street side as well as back yard dining that is much more quiet without much wind on windy days.

While staying in Avila Beach, We asked the front desk staff at hour hotel for some recommendations of good Mexican food in the area. They suggested a few places in San Luis Obispo, but we wanted to try something a little closer, in Shell Beach. So we took to Tripadvisor, and found Zorro's. I'm not usually a fan of hole-in-the-wall... More

We originally went into Zorro's for a cup of coffee in the afternoon, chatted to the waitress about food, and she was so friendly we decided to go back that evening. The waiting staff were very welcoming, and when I said I was vegan, they took time to tell me what they could cook for me. I had tostadas the... More

They have several specialty items, as well as the traditional entree choices served with rice and beans. They also serve some traditional American breakfast fare, which they serve until 3:00. It is small, and we had a 15 minute wait at 11:30, so you know it is popular. It is easy to find - it is located on a frontage... More

This place is small and appears to be a house converted to a restaurant. They have a small indoor sitting area and patio tables outside too. We parked on the side, but can see that parking can fill up fast. The hostess was very friendly and asked where we would like to sit. We sat inside as we arrived early... More
