This is the cutest best little restaurant in Sebastopol. It's kind of tucked away below street level so you don't notice the highway. Delicious cuisine, impeccable service, white linens and candlelight, everything was delightful. We had a special wine that we brought with us, so the Wednesday night, no corkage, was an added bonus. My husband and I went to Eloise to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We did not tell the staff that it was an anniversary celebration and yet, we felt waited on as if they knew. Our 3rd wonderful experience at Eloise! We'll return again and again, making the drive from SF for the wonderful food, great wine list, reasonable prices and gracious welcome! Excellently prepared food to be savored. Everything made from scratch with great attention to detail. A very friendly and amazinglyly knowledgeable serving staff. A wide selection of really good clasic French country food. And a very good choice of local and other wines. No hesitation recommending it to anyone who likes good food. more

In Sonoma County there are wonderful destinations worth th trek, and Restaurant Eloise has just become the next newcomer. Not only the ingredients come from either a slow food movement provider or their own garden, but the recipes and the choices are based in almost forgotten ways of life. The menu is part adventure, part going back ( way back)... more

Bold really is the one word for this elegant little restaurant out in Sebastopol. It's a bold menu, with very interesting selections of meats and home-grown vegetables and wines. And the boldness carries through to the flavors as well. Very delicious. Quite a surprise this far north of SF, but not quite to Guerneville. more
