I am so happy that we have a breakfast place like this located in the peninsula besides Denny's. There's a lot of breakfast/lunch/dinner choices that you'd like to try them all! Breakfast is served until 3 p.m. To top it off, the service was very nice...and quick! So, so glad I found this hidden gem as recommended by friends/family. Will... More

We usually recommend friends to First Awakenings in PG. However the excellent reviews TripAdvisor had for the Breakfast Club led us to try it out. The even used the same artist to paint the wall. A excellent spot in Seaside and while a tad hard to locate, definitely worth the effort. While prices are on the high side, so are... More

We had dinner, and maybe this was the mistake. We had calamari (least exciting I ever had), the salad look tired (maybe plated earlier in the day?). Dinner for 2 at a diner for $40 should be really good, and it was not.

A huge Menu with great selections. My kids had waffles n pancakes that were outstanding. My wife and I had omelettes that were very good. But Folgers type coffee and bag tea for $2.75 each, including refills? plus the food and %15 tip put us at $62.00. Just too expensive for a family of four. (Would tip more but out... More

Amazing menu with MANY items to choose from. Dinner is a new adventure for this restaurant. This reminds me of a New York Diner. Not to be missed!

Peaches & Cream French Toast w/Coconut outstanding. Having it after 12p even better. Great for a 1st time visit. Not the last.

The service is so friendly, fast, a locals place, but so welcoming to travelers. Something for everyone on the huge menu. Food comes our fast. We have eaten here for years before our highschool mountain bike races at Fort Ord and Laguna Seca.

Family owned and operated. Standard American food. Great service by the family! Very friendly and helpful with the menu. It be sure to save room for dessert! Our family of 8 tried several and found them all fantastic. My favorite was the berry cobbler. But the shortbread on the strawberry shortcake was also amazing. And the prices are very reasonable.... Found this place on Trip Advisor--glad we did! Best oatmeal since home! Staff extremely friendly!!! Hubby had gluten free pancakes (hard to find when traveling) and they were great!!! We have a small RV, but even it didn't fit on the lot, so parked on the street next block. Worth the walk!
