Best Breakfast Burrito In Town

All I have to say is bacon breakfast burrito! Amazingly delicious. Beats Papa Chevos and that was our original go to for a lazy fat weekend breakfast burrito.

I lived in Monterey 12 years ago and used to frequent this place. I came back for the chicken burrito, and it's not quite like it used to be. My husband had the enchilada's and thought they were good. One of my children had their quesadilla and it was good. Still a good value.

Very casual, inexpensive, delicious Mexican food at counter service, with wall posted menu. Private parking lot and easy location near highway 1 and Fremont Street makes this a good choice. Their carnitas burrito was my favorite for a very long time; because it was made with lots of guacamole and no rice and beans. Ask them for alterations, when you... More

I love this place! Every time I walk in, it smells amazing and I always get the California Burrito because it's basically a two course meal stuffed with steak, potatoes, cheese, cilantro, tomatoes, and so much joy. I could live off this food...and be so happy:)

Fresh cooked food, HUGE menu, order at the counter, quick service. This place was busy with locals the entire time we were in there, which is always a good sign. The meat was tender and well seasoned (steak and chicken) without being overly spicy. The tortillas (soft and hard) were corn and homemade and very good. The pico could have... More

If you know this part of California, you know that there is a Taco/Burrito store on almost every corner. The goal is to find one that makes really good, authentic, tasty food at a reasonable price. You can find that at Baldemiro's Taco Shop in Seaside, CA. The food is fresh, very tasty and spicy. The price is right too.

The food here was delicious - we really enjoyed it. The only problem was that it seems to be a hangout for high school kids who were ditching school. They were really loud and made us really uncomfortable (and we don't get uncomfortable very easily).

I first ate at this place ten years ago when I lived in the area. I have traveled due to my commitment to the military. I was recently back in the area for a little taste of nostalgia. It was amazing, this is the best taco shop I have eaten at beside mi rancho In San Diego. It is by... More

The food is good, fresh and satisfying. The staff delivers as quickly as can be with fresh food. It's worth the wait. The prices are good. You get the full bang for your buck! Great Camarones a la Diabla! Not a place for atmosphere. You go there for the food!

Thanks to Fuzzywells for the recommendation. Food was excellent, plentiful, very fresh and very reasonably priced. Service was fast and friendly. Baldemiros is off the beaten track, but well worth the very short trip -- not a touristy place, just good food. There are a few tables, not unpleasant, but takeout is a better option.
