World Class Sushi

I always start off with the Torro; best ever and can match up with any place in Tokyo. creative sushi chefs, highest quality fish and healthy tempura as well. Expensive but worth every penny. Combo deals are worth it too

We found the restaurant by coincidence. It was very busy that night. Very friendly receptionist and service personnel. The oysters were fresh and delicious and the beef teriaki very tasty. The staff behind the counter perform magic, the preparation of the drinks and fruits etc are amazing. The restaurant itself is pretty basic but what counts is the excellent food... More

We went to Koi upon a recommendation from a well-travelled friend and we were not disappointed. We sat at the sushi bar in Diago's station. His sushi style is worth the show...So creative. Forget the menu and ask for the Chef's specials. He will keep making amazing dishes until you can't eat any more. Totally worth the wait...Amazing!

I have been eating here since Go opened his restaurant in 1982. Quality and consistency have always been outstanding.

A reliably wonderful Japanese restaurant and shush bar. Our neighborhood favorite. Great service. Crowded every evening, but worth it.

Food - Very good selections Atmosphere - Could use some background music Value - Prices matches quality Quality - Very good Service - when they are in the "weeds", quality of service drops. Overall, always enjoyed the food and prefer to dine here over other restaurants especially for sashimi!

I ate here in 1986. It was my first Sushi experience and has always remained the best experience. Very fresh and reasonable prices. Still a great assortment of appetizers and specials which are awesome. Went here again after 28 year absence. It is still the best experience. Only thing is the service got bogged down at the end, but they... More

The fish is so fresh you'd swear you were in the ocean not just near it! Taka-san is the master maestro with a helpful comment weather you are new to sushi or a seasoned pro. Scan the chalk board for the non standard items of the day. Black Snapper was divine and aji was sublime. The Anaga was unlike any... More

We've been here many times and always enjoyed the food. The sushi is solid, but the pieces are small compared to other higher end sushi places. Our pieces were like what you'd find at an all you can eat place with lots of rice and a sliver of fish on top. The quality of the fish was good, but again,... More
