Description: Seal Beach's intimate 320 Main long ago set the benchmark in Orange County...
Seal Beach's intimate 320 Main long ago set the benchmark in Orange County for cutting edge, creative craft cocktails. Owners Jason & Rebecca Schiffer have all but perfected the art of re-imagining popular cocktail recipes, utilizing the latest techniques and ingredients, all the while refining their standard cocktail repertoire that pays homage to America's greatest gift to the culinary world. In a recent effort to re-imagine the food offerings of the dining room menu to the level of the drinks menu, 320 Main recently appointed Chef Jaime Carrano, who now brings a similar ethos to the kitchens of 320. An alumni of prestigious kitchens in Southern California including Bouchon Beverly Hills and Charlie Palmer at South Coast Plaza, as well as New York City's acclaimed Aureole, Chef Carrano's new menus feature a delicious offering of accessible American cuisine, utilizing classic French techniques and the freshest and finest of ingredients. Food and drink should not only feed your body but also feed your soul.

My previous review was focused on the bar and bar food. Given recent positive reviews in some press, I decided to try a sit down meal. I was not impressed and a little disappointed. Our server, Kimberly, was not engaged, attentive or enthusiastic. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but a few other reviews indicate servers have issues here... More

We stopped in on a Sunday evening after lots of recommendations from friends. We don't live in the area or we would have been sooner. Now I wish we did live in the area, because this place would be a regular haunt. We sat at the bar because we'd heard the cocktails and bartenders were something special. Have to agree.... More

Since I am a prodigious consumer of Moscow Mules, I come here often. For $25, they will sell you a Moscow Mule mug that can be refilled for $5 during happy hour (normally $8). They do have excellent food too. You really cannot go wrong on their menu or with their Moscow Mules.

Great place to catch a great gourmet meal on Main street. They're also know for their drinks/cocktails. Happy Hour is a great deal there too.

Cheese & Charcuterie is pepato cheese, chicken liver and veal pate, prosciutto, purple mustard, pickled vegetables, and grilled bread. The pate was more like a terrine of chicken liver and veal but absolutely delicious! The texture was a little coarse but melts in your mouth from your natural body heat. The pickled vegetables were perfect, just enough pickled flavor while... More

320 Main prides itself in their wonderful cocktails, but the bar area is just too small. Several times we have had to go elsewhere because it was too crowded. Happy for them that they are so busy, but really, if the bar area was expanded somehow it would be great! All of their cocktails are made fresh and you can't... More

Good drinks, great atmosphere but yes, very loud as others mentioned. Food was pretty average. Server seemed tired, annoyed or maybe she was just a low key person?

After 3 tries AI give up. Ordered a Kansas City Strip Steak. It was good but not much of it for $38.00. They said 14oz. The bone had to weigh 11oz. The twice backed potatoe was 1/2 of a potatoe and really small, 3 bites. They had an onion one the plate the looked like a cat turd. Waited 15... More
