Sometimes restaurant owners just don't like being in the food service industry. Unresponsive, dismissive, inattentive & rude are the terms that we have used while repeatedly coming back for both lunch & breakfast. It really has potential with a decent menu but our consistent disappointment in the service & attitude toward patrons by the staff taints our desire to return.

The food is excellent, but the place is small and frequented by locals so there is sometimes a wait and service is not real speedy. Staff is friendly and the food is worth waiting for. I have enjoyed it when I have gone there and look forward to going again.

Had a great breakfast here! The Huevos Potatoes were delicious and I highly recommend this dish! Big portions and served flavorful and piping hot! Go and enjoy this wonderful place!

On a recent business trip to Santa Cruz County, a colleague (who lives in nearby Scotts Valley), recommended Auntie Mame's for breakfast. Apparently, this is where the "locals" go. So, a group of us went there Monday morning. I ordered the link sausage and eggs with home fries and it was delicious. We enjoyed the food, the coffee, and the... More

Since I've only been here for breakfast, I have to say it's pretty darn good... good food, good portions and good service...

We are Locals and this is our "Co-favorite" restaurant for breakfast in Scotts Valley (along with Mollie's) Both are consistently good with friendly servers, good food and lively local atmosphere. Auntie Mame's wins for Biscuits and Gravy (sage and sage flag profile) and Mollies for "Pigs in a Blanket (Yummy sausage link in delish fluffy pancakes). Either one can delve... More

Excellent breakfast place for either a personal or business breakfast. Great food and service. I usually eat too much, but that's my issue!

The waitress started out being rather unpleasant and all 8 of us looked at each other startled. She came to our table about a minute after we had been seated and expected us to know what we wanted to order. Her tone was impatient and unwelcoming to say the least Everyone commented about her. On the positive side, all the... More
