I'm no expert on Mexican food and that said I really enjoyed the red snapper burrito. Chips were good and guacamole was fresh. Crafe of Margarita was also a plus :) The prices are resonable and weird that the place was almost empty late Friday night... Packed earlier in the day. May have rated a 5 but just don't eat... More

Great atmosphere, good food, cool place. Food was fresh and spicy with great views of SF. Homemade chips are the best paired with the awesome guacamole and trio of salsas.

Had a lovely lunch at this Taco shop, staff friendly, nice atmosphere (particularly) with the sun shining. Food fabulous, great fresh and light flavours - You can add as much spice as you want afterwards. Sitting outside would be preferable although many people seemed happy to sit under the canopy. A minor point would have given this 5 stars, but... More

We really enjoyed the food and drinks at this restaurant. Our only Complaint was we didn't have a long time to stay. We were on a tour that only gave us an hour in the town. We told the staff this so we could get in and out and they did just that. Id highly recommend all of their tacos.... More

Amazing little taco shop with the most incredible food! The shrimp tacos are the best I've ever had...and that's a huge statement. Service was awesome. Despite the restaurant being packed for a holiday weekend, our wait was no more than 5 minutes. Oysters, salsa, beer and wine selection...all unbelievable. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone, whether vacationing or from... More

My family was in Sausalito for July 4th and happened upon this unbelievable find. It was busy that day but the wait staff was friendly and accommodating. We ate like kings enjoying some of the freshest salsa and shrimp tacos I have ever had. My kids even liked them and they tend to be rather Picky... Now that we are... More

Another nice find. A short walk from the centre of town, with outdoor and indoor seating, good service, and a wide menu. The best chips i've had in any taco diner and excellent burito

Salsalito Taco Shop is THE BEST. The whole atmosphere made me feel like I was on some awesome beach vacation(like Mexico;)). The food was authentic and DELICIOUS. (I LOVE the steak nachos add spicy beans). The staff was inviting, friendly, and super helpful. It might feel like Cabo but it is Marin County (Sausalito none the less) and prices are... More

After reading the reviews here, we decided to try out this restaurant for lunch one day. The setting was cute, with outdoor sitting and a view across the road from the marina and bay. We tried tacos, burritos, nachos, and the chips and salsa, and it was all okay, but not the best we've had. In addition, the prices were... More

Stay Away! --from this restaurant. The owner/manager has anger management issues! Like other reviews, I ran into a problem paying the bill. 4 of us had dinner on a slow evening. There were only 2 or 3 other tables but no waiter came when dinner was over. We flagged one down to ask for the check. After 10 or 15... More
