=o) the saugus cafe is great! I eat there all the time with my family. The service is great and the atmosphere is even better. My family and I love the food and the old school vibes. Couldn't ask for a more authentic american diner. more

Worst service I've seen in ages. Looks like union employees that hate their job and won't help each other. Everyone walks by looking the other way when you just need the menu. I was the only one on the right side of the counter- NOT BUSY. When I tried to give them constructive advice to better their reception, the waitress... more
