The service is attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is very nice. The wines are excellent; though in the wine pairing with the tasting menu, they do not match the foods well. The food is beautifully presented. In the tasting menu, the souffle is probably going to be the best thing I will eat this year. The lamb was much... More

Was out with a group and a senior manager and myself were not thrilled with the group setting and food, so on the way back to our hotel I suggested The Plumed Horse. I had been here once before but this was even better than I had remembered. We shared a half-bottle of Pinot from the amazing 18,000 bottle selection... More

I was in the area on business and made a point of coming to this local Michelin-rated restaurant. The actual restaurant itself is very very nice. Modern, clean, all that good stuff. The staff was superb and attentive to every detail. I had the tasting menu and was not disappointed - excellence. Wine selection was also outstanding. I came away... More

Since it was a special occasion, we went ahead and did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The food was fantastic of course. We enjoyed every course. They even brought out a few extra courses- there was the amuse of course but then an extra shaved salad not listed. This was paired with a beautiful Katherine Kennedy sparkling. At... More

Went here for my wife's birthday, so we pushed the boat out and did the full tasting menu with wine pairings. Everything was delicious and super high quality. We had previously eaten at Gordon Ramsey's place at the London in New York, and this quality was a match for Ramsey. Service was discrete and attentive and we discovered a couple... More

We were delightfully seated in our own private dining area with the kitchen as a theater of activity, viewed through the glass wall. Excellent service followed with the introduction of both the chef's tasting menu and a la carte menu. The dining was superb and thorughly enjoyed by all. The occasion was made very special by the attentive staff of... More

I was impressed by the wines, which were all excellent. Look at the list, it is very impressive. The food was excellent also, and their One star Michelin is well deserved.
