Came here for lunch after a morning of wine tasting. The food was great. I would definitely try the guacamole. The prices were a little on the expensive side, but the portions are big so you can share. If the weather is nice sit out on the patio.

Chips & Salsa: 2-stars ** - nothing to write home about (no better or worse than any other Mexican restaurant). Chile Relleno de Puerco: 3-star *** - was an interesting and overall enjoyable stuffed chile dish, but not a must-try. Slightly spicy. Paella de Conquistadors: 5-star ***** - spectacularly delicious seafood rice dish. Highly recommended. The thick-consistency style of paella... More

I have eaten at Casa De Cobre many times. I usually have dinner, but this time I tried the brunch. The margaritas are huge and delicious. The guacamole is great. The pulled pork sandwich was gigantic and delicious. The hamburger is also good. I haven't tried the other brunch items, but everything looked very good on other's diners' tables. The... More

Casa de Cobre is not your typical Mexican Restaurant. Sure, you'll find tacos (my favorite is the Al Pastor) and chile relleno there, but all the meat is antibiotic and hormone free, the vegetables fresh, and everything has a flare and taste that is incomparable. I love the entomatado for my beef dish, with the perfect blend of flavors and... More

The Goat stew is by far one of the best things on the menu. The house mad cheese put into it is just so outstanding.

I really liked the food at this place. It was more Spanish than Mexican. The prices were certainly higher than standard Mexican fare. I had the chicken tacos and they were the best chicken tacos ever. Great service as well.

The place is quite lively on Friday and Saturday nights. I enjoy many of their dishes, but I most appreciate their "black beans with onoins" and their Ceviche. Their seafood is fresh and spices are reasonable, not too hot. The wait is usually short if you call ahead. All the best!

I really liked this place, the atmosphere is great for business talk but if you were in a personal trip with a significant other the atmosphere would be perfect as well. All over I would return when in the area! The food was good, could be better..... Bit to each there own !

We arrived at Casa de Cobre with high expectations. The restaurant is pleasant in appearance and we were seated right away. Then it appears they forgot about us, but it didn't sour our opinion. When they finally delivered the chips and salsa, we noticed the first sign of trouble. Along with pico de gallo, they offered two different salsas that... More

Best Margaritas in Town . Try the Cucumber version it's worth it. Unfortunately we have not had an occasion to eat there but it does look good. Service at the bar was very friendly and they know how to make a Margarita.
