We love Casa De Cobre- they have a unique menu - sometimes i just order the tapas like items as a meal, sometimes I go for their stews or great enchiladas or other uniquely prepared items. Can't say enough - love these guys.

Menu items were amazingly creative. Service incredible. Quality apparent in every observable aspect from cleanliness, preparation, freshness, flavors, variety, atmosphere, attention to detail must be their base line for this fine and rate gem

Really enjoyed this restaurant with it's big plates of different mexican food and expecially wonderful and very tasty coctails: Margaritas and Mimosa!

Very good menu and better than run of the mill Mexican restaurants. Service was attentive and not as noisy as some family restaurants.

Stopped by on our way through Saratoga later on a Friday evening and we were glad we did. Alice seated us after allowing us to determine between the two options where we would rather sit. We chose the bar and the male and female bartender were both very hospitable and attentive. We enjoyed chips and salsa (even though you have... More

Came here for lunch after a morning of wine tasting. The food was great. I would definitely try the guacamole. The prices were a little on the expensive side, but the portions are big so you can share. If the weather is nice sit out on the patio.

Chips & Salsa: 2-stars ** - nothing to write home about (no better or worse than any other Mexican restaurant). Chile Relleno de Puerco: 3-star *** - was an interesting and overall enjoyable stuffed chile dish, but not a must-try. Slightly spicy. Paella de Conquistadors: 5-star ***** - spectacularly delicious seafood rice dish. Highly recommended. The thick-consistency style of paella... More

I have eaten at Casa De Cobre many times. I usually have dinner, but this time I tried the brunch. The margaritas are huge and delicious. The guacamole is great. The pulled pork sandwich was gigantic and delicious. The hamburger is also good. I haven't tried the other brunch items, but everything looked very good on other's diners' tables. The... More

Casa de Cobre is not your typical Mexican Restaurant. Sure, you'll find tacos (my favorite is the Al Pastor) and chile relleno there, but all the meat is antibiotic and hormone free, the vegetables fresh, and everything has a flare and taste that is incomparable. I love the entomatado for my beef dish, with the perfect blend of flavors and... More

The Goat stew is by far one of the best things on the menu. The house mad cheese put into it is just so outstanding.
