We go there several times a month. The food is great. Huge portions. My wife and I split a half order of pasta and a salad and still take food home. Very reasonable priced. The best pizza and pasta around.

We went with about 20 people for a late lunch. The service was good - they accommodated our large party with a smile and quick service. The food portions are large, even on the lunch menu. Food was very tasty. The lasagne was made with with thick noodles, very meaty sauce, and a lot of cheese.

I ordered the spaghetti with meat-sauce and a meat ball. Is is big, but only regular... Missing a real Italian flavor.

I hesitate to write this review. Filippi's is already a popular restaurant in East County, and I'm fearful that I will be letting too many people in on our great spot! One small piece of advice. If you normally order extra cheese on your pizza, don't do it here. It must come with 2 lbs already. All the toppings are... More

their food is OK - good but it's impossible to carry on a normal conversation amidst the cacophony around you. Prices are reasonable so I would suggest using their carry-out service.

We have eaten here at Filippi's since then opened in Santee and always will. Food is the best. Spaghetti always tender, biggest meatballs for any Italian Restaurant in the County ( All Filippi's) We love Peggy Sue for a waitress, Priscella does a great job as the GM. Bobby D runs a great place, miss seeing him in here as... More

Had the Italian sandwich for lunch. Around six dollars. Delish! The bread was so fresh and toasted. I was in and out in twenty minutes ( I was in a rush). Pizza here is pretty great too.

This restaurant was more than willing to accommodate our group of almost 50. Service was good, but food left a lot to be desired. Has that institutionalized taste. Not much flavor or seasoning. This place makes Olive Garden look like high end dining. Pizza toppings are hidden under mounds of cheese. Potions are huge, so order on the small size.
