We are on our way from LA to Big Sur today and needed to stop for breakfast. I found Longhorn on Trip Advisor and it had good reviews and was only 1 mile off our course. Boy am I glad we went here! Family owned with attention to detail. We felt welcomed and special thanks to our waitress and the... More

We stopped in on a whim to kill some time and have a cup of coffee. It has a delightful low-key vibe, filled with locals and regulars, but the staff was equally friendly to us as visitors. Although we had planned for just coffee, the breakfast menu was far too tempting, and all of our food was delicious and quickly... More

Its a cute little diner on the edge of Santa Ynez. Very western in feel. I've eaten here a few times and each item I purchased, or my guest purchased came out quickly, hot and very yummy. Nothing fancy. It's cowboys and construction workers and locals. Good prices and selection as well.

Really good, fresh food in a friendly country style restaurant that serves as many locals as it does travelers. Perfect stop if you are using the Lake Cachuma bypass.

Every time we visit Solvang (which is several times a year) - this is our favorite go to spot for breakfast! Sometimes we even bring along our fresh picked berries from local farms to throw in our oatmeal! The chorizo is excellent, the bacon is the best, the waitress' are very accommodating to our special requests from our picky children... More

Stop in the other morning just for a coffee. Great friendly people and super coffee.. Went in today for a delightful cinnamon French Toast breakfast special for a very reasonable $6.50 which was super and again, nice hostess. Being we will soon be right across the street, I can see plenty more visits. Coffee price is a tad high at... More

This place is great for a real diner style breakfast. Not a fancy place and seems like mostly locals hang out here. They have amazing burgers but the rest of the lunch menu is somewhat disappointing. If you are looking for good old stick to ribs food then this is the place.

OK, this is a small town restaurant with things such as biscuits and gravy. Get into that mode, and you'll be ok. Great small town experience with photos on the wall that creates the historical experience. The food is honest and real. I think they open up so early that the cowboys and surfers can all be there before they... More

We stopped in for a late morning bite and were most pleasantly surprised. Even though the menu is all-american, the whole experience was just great! The servers were perfect and I had one of the best patty melts ever.

Good, old fashioned coffee shop frequented by lots of locals. Good hearty breakfast. Fast service. If you are hungry and like a good old fashioned breakfast or lunch, this is the place.
