We had lunch on a very warm November day. The patio had plenty of shade and was such a pleasant place to eat. There were several people with dogs, which we enjoyed seeing. We had two different salads and both were excellent. Service was also good.

We are regulars diners at the Vineyard House and it is my favorite restaurant to eat in the Santa Ynez Valley. I have never had anything but wonderfully prepared, delicious lunches and dinners here. My favorites are Gabe's Salmon and the Chicken Marsala. All the salads are very fresh and the combination of flavors is amazing. Don't forget to try... More

OMG this was the worst eggplant rollatini - tasted like it was made a long time, maybe a week in advance - like vinegar. I couldn't eat it and I love eggplant. The salads are good, but the entrees we had, left a lot to be desired. This was supposed to be the highlight of our stay and my birthday... More

In my experience, restaurants do best when they stick to one thing. So when I saw the menu here, with influences from all over, I figured we were in for a poor meal. I was wrong. Every-thing was delicious. Sometimes it's good to be wrong.

Very charming restaurant with super friendly staff. I had the butternut squash ravioli and it was fantastic. If you're going for dinner, I highly recommend sitting on the outdoor deck as it's so pretty being outside under the stars. When we went, they also had a band which was a lot of fun. Great find!

My husband and wanted to share our meals. The server split our order and gave us each half on a separate plate without being requested to do so. That's good service! Food was tasty and well prepared.

Great steak and vegetarian options, topped off by delicious fruit cobbler. The outdoor patio is shaded and lovely, and service is thoughtful and prompt, yet unobtrusive.

Good, solid choice. We had a late dinner outside on the front porch. Good service, food was fine. Can't go wrong, but nothing particularly special either.
