Lamb Chops

Our server recommended the lamb chops...holy crap. Those were the best lamb chops I have ever had in the USA. The rest of the small plates were very good but not spectacular...but the lamb chops were worth the visit.

A friend mentioned Willi's Wine Bar and then I checked reviews on TripAdvisor and other places. Man am I glad I did. My group of 4 went on an early Friday evening this month (March). Beautiful time to be outside - when is it not in Sonoma County. We started with Goat Cheese Fritters, Arugula & Endive Salad, Lamb Tartare... More

I used to be a huge fan of this place when I lived in the area, so I couldn't wait to go back during my last visit. What a disappointment! I can't believe that after 7 years their menu hasn't changed at all!!!!....The cheese and wine pairings are still my favourite, but the rest of the food was quite boring... More

This place was recommended to us by a local. We love tapas, and it was on the way back to our hotel. Without a reservation at 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening, we were relegated to the back patio. Not a terrible seating arrangement. The endive and arugula salad was fabulous. So were the gnocchis with an amazing sauce. The... More

I've been here quite a few times over the years. My last visit this past weekend left a lot to be desired. Their focaccia bread was lame - dry and tasteless. Pork ribs were also dry and chewy and did not fall off the bone - their cheese and wine pairing was poorly presented and they left our white wines... More

While in Santa Rosa on business, I visited this restaurant twice. The tapas plates are fantastic and the wine selection exceptional. Don't miss out on the filet mignon sliders paired with one of their California Pinot Noirs. Be sure to make a reservation as the dining room fills up quickly, even on a Monday night. Cap off your night with... More

Nice friendly. Food was great. Bit expensive but compared to other resturants of this style probably right in line with them. Would definitely go back.

Trendy Sonoma county Wine bar. Generally very busy, especially weekends. Smallish in size yet able to relax comfortably if seated at a table. Ambiance refreshing. Wine lists inclusive of many of the local vintners, and also some obscure selections to tease and satisfy the pallet.

This restaurant offers one of Santa Rosa's best dining experiences. The small plates offer an array of tasting opportunities for the diner. They also have an excellent wine list. Make sure you come with a friend, as you will definitely want to share! The Stark's know what they are doing, as all of their restaurants are a delight. Great place... More
