The selection of breakfast items was very good. The food was fresh and tasted good. I asked the waitress if there was soy milk for my coffee and she brought me some. I liked that they had "to go" cups for coffee, even though there was also a Keurig for individual cups in the room. It was a nice touch!

This was a nice friendly hotel. Service was good with wine tasting and nibbles as you arrived and each evening. Rooms were large and very clean. Staff were helpful and breakfast buffet superb. Fair distance from town so would need cab. Scott in the bar was full of fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only down side was having... More

whatever you do, unless there are absolutely no other options, do not eat at the restaurant. It's very pricey and appears to be made of packaged and frozen food. Not made from scratch for the price. Food was good if you are not used to fine dining, but for the quality it was just too pricey. If it was half... More

Even though it is "part" of the hotel, it has an entirely different entrance and felt unattached to a hotel. I had the filet and my boyfriend had the New York. We had the crab cakes for a starter, and shared 2 desserts (it was our anniversary, don't judge). The good was nice, nothing out of this world. My mashed... More

Stayed at the hotel three nights, I ordered the same dish every night. Brick chicken. I can't speak for any of the other dishes, but I do know that this meal was incredible and consistent. I ordered it once in the restaurant and twice for room service and it was crazy-good. I agree with the other reviewers, the restaurant service... More

We ate here in connection with a stay at the Fountaingrove hotel. The food (we both had pasta) was very good and the servers attentive. Dinner for two will run about $50-$60.

I've been here several times because it's convenient for many of my friends, and because they have small private rooms good for working dinners. But it is almost always disappointing. The decor looks like a funeral home. The food is just ok - not an interesting menu, and it's overpriced. The service is typically slow. On the plus side, it... More

Delicious breakfast buffet. The large variety of items offered one a great opportunity to make breakfast the most important meal of the day.

If you are ever in Santa Rosa CA...Kaiser Permanente for instance or a visit, this is a great bar and restaurant combo, even though it is "attached" to a hotel. Bar is light and lively...good bartenders, very attentive and good mixologists....tell 'em what you want and they will make it 'your' way! Good bar menu too. Food prepared & presented... More

Overall good place to eat and drink right off the 101 freeway. I think some of the previous low-star reviews were totally unfounded, my wife and I thought Equus was just fine. Upon arriving, I was given a wine & drink menu on an iPad; pretty darn cool! The iPad was a great tool for selecting our bottle of wine... More
