Sazon is Spanish for "seasoning" and synonymous with incredible Peruvian cuisine! We combine family recipes with great service for amazing dining. Peruvian cuisine is a reflection of Peru's diverse geography, immigrant cultures, and even pre-Inca recipes! With a truly unique fusion of cultures, you'll taste dishes with hints of Spanish, African, Italian, and even Asian cuisines. At Sazon, our family serves authentic Peruvian recipes passed down by our great-grandmother, Maria Olinda, who herself boasted Peruvian, African, Spanish, and Italian ancestry! We invite you to share one of our unforgettable Ceviches with a co-worker at lunch; with 7 to choose from including a classic Ceviche Mango or the Ahi Ceviche Nikei with ahi tuna, you're sure to escape your workday stresses. Or bring loved ones for dinner to indulge in the amazing Pollo a la Brasa, free-range chicken marinated with a house blend of traditional Peruvian spices! Whether you're joining us for lunch or dinner, with friends or family, we invite you to savor the unique Peruvian flavors at Sazon!

Great food, friendly service

Great food, especially the ceviche and the fried sweet plantains. Also the interesting punch made with corn. The place is small so best to make a reservation

Having read TripAdvisor's strong reviews, we were not prepared for the humble surroundings of this tiny restaurant inconspicuously housed in a small strip mall. Don't let looks deceive you. Sazon offers truly excellent food served by an attentive and knowledgeable wait staff. We started with a special of outstanding ceviche topped with perfect fried calamari. Since we were new to... We went on a Saturday night. The restaurant is very small and it was too cold to eat at the outside tables. (The restaurant is in a location where eating outside in the parking lot is not that attractive.) Reservations are a MUST. The food was wonderful and the staff extremely nice and friendly. I had a traditional pork stew... More

The best way to order is 2 or 3 appetizers and split a meal. Don't forget to have a Rojo sangria or a pisco sour. Can't wait until you add more seating. Keep up the great job Juan!! See you soon!

Friends and I recently had dinner here. We came away very pleased with the meals that we had eaten. I had the fish stew and it was delicious. Tailipia fish in a interesting sauce with rice that was unlike anything that I have had before. There was nothing left on the plate when I finished. I really believe that this... More

Best. Ceviche. Ever. I don't care which Ceviche you order...they are all top notch. Also had the Peruvian version of Cioppino...omg, heavenly. Service was amazing...definitely felt more like family than customers.

We have visited this delicious restaurant many times. Always introducing friends to the blending of flavors. This is a small place so reservations a must! Food always very good and service is friendly and fine. Portions generous and interesting. Many seafood dishes along with chicken and pork. I love the pork stew... We have gone here many times over their ten year existence and they are only getting better. Favorites include causa limena, several ceviches, and chupe de camarones. Many meat, seafood and veggie options for main courses--all tasty. And their sangria is the best version ever.

When I first pulled into the parking lot, I was a little skeptical, but reminded myself of the Little Hidden Gem story. We were seated promptly for our 7:30PM reservation, and were seated in the rear of the restaurant. I quickly become comfortable with the surroundings and warm decor. which was reminiscent of the narrow restaurants in Brooklyn along 5th... More
