Sazon is Spanish for "seasoning" and synonymous with incredible Peruvian cuisine! We combine family recipes with great service for amazing dining. Peruvian cuisine is a reflection of Peru's diverse geography, immigrant cultures, and even pre-Inca recipes! With a truly unique fusion of cultures, you'll taste dishes with hints of Spanish, African, Italian, and even Asian cuisines. At Sazon, our family serves authentic Peruvian recipes passed down by our great-grandmother, Maria Olinda, who herself boasted Peruvian, African, Spanish, and Italian ancestry! We invite you to share one of our unforgettable Ceviches with a co-worker at lunch; with 7 to choose from including a classic Ceviche Mango or the Ahi Ceviche Nikei with ahi tuna, you're sure to escape your workday stresses. I wanted to try the paella. We were at the restaurant during the lunch hour and the paella was not on the menu, but when I asked about it I was told it is only available for dinner. The chef agreed to make it for me anyways. It was full of seafood! Thank you for the great customer service.

Peruvian restaurant in wine country. Very delicious and flavorful food, not to be confused with Mexican or CalMex. A full range of ceviche with many marinades. A delicious potato and ground meat appetizer fried just perfectly-not greasy at all actually light. A wonderful chicken stew, nicely spiced but not hot. Great to taste spices rather than heat. To top it... More

It seems appropriate that a Peruvian restaurant would find a home in Santa Rosa, a city that bears the namesake of the patron saint of the Americas, Santa Rosa de Lima. As an archaeologist whose research was based in Peru, and who has spent time in some of the far reaches of this great country, including some of the finest... More

Was delicious and friendly. Food was creative and authentic. I would put it on my list as a return visit. Don't forget the sangria.

This place is truly scrumptious. Wine from Mendoza, ceviche that almost brought tears to my eyes, main courses that marry flavors uniquely, and cinnamon in the flan. Amazing, will be back!

We love this resturant. The food is excellent, and it is not food I would make myself. The food is always great, and presentation is beautiful.

We split the dinner salad that is shown here. I had the pecante seafood and the yellow cream broth was excellent. My wife had the tomato based Talapia dish. A small restaurant but with very good service. Highly recommended. Plates from $15 to $26.

Then food is great but the service is not so good. Had to wait for almost 30 mins before they even put my name down for a table. Try to get a seat inside. The ambience is nice.
