Description: Sazon is Spanish for "seasoning" and synonymous with incredible Peruvian...
Sazon is Spanish for "seasoning" and synonymous with incredible Peruvian cuisine! We combine family recipes with great service for amazing dining. Peruvian cuisine is a reflection of Peru's diverse geography, immigrant cultures, and even pre-Inca recipes! With a truly unique fusion of cultures, you'll taste dishes with hints of Spanish, African, Italian, and even Asian cuisines. At Sazon, our family serves authentic Peruvian recipes passed down by our great-grandmother, Maria Olinda, who herself boasted Peruvian, African, Spanish, and Italian ancestry! We invite you to share one of our unforgettable Ceviches with a co-worker at lunch; with 7 to choose from including a classic Ceviche Mango or the Ahi Ceviche Nikei with ahi tuna, you're sure to escape your workday stresses. Or bring loved ones for dinner to indulge in the amazing Pollo a la Brasa, free-range chicken marinated with a house blend of traditional Peruvian spices! Whether you're joining us for lunch or dinner, with friends or family, we invite you to savor the unique Peruvian flavors at Sazon!

Ah, Sazon...

My third time dining with you and you were as wonderful as previous visits! We started off with the ceviche sampler. One of each and large enough portions that all four of us were satisfied: Ceviche Mango; Copitas de Peruvian Blue Tilapia; Ceviche de Pescado Clasico, Ceviche Mixto; Ahi Ceviche Nikei; Ceviche Verde. It would be easy to miss it and drive right by, but this charming restaurant is worth making a u-turn and doubling back to find. Everyone was so warm and friendly. The staff shared stories about Peruvian cuisine and decor, while diners - complete strangers - all leaned into each other's tables to compare notes about how delicious everything was,... More

Great Traditional Peruvian food, simple family owned restaurant setting. I would eat here weekly if I lived in the area. The person who served us was likely the owner. Made great recommendations for food and wine. We had two entrees: Arroz con Mariscos (think Peruvian seafood paella) and Adobo de Chancho (braised pork stew served with rice and beans). They... On a recent visit, we were seated right by the front door which was cold and drafty. The owner, however, moved us as soon as a table became available. This underscores that this place is very very small and you should probably request a table away from the door if you want peace and quiet and a draft free dining... More

While I'm happy you enjoyed our customer service and the ceviche, I'm definitely disappointed that the rest of the food you ordered didn't live up to your expectations. I know we're capable of providing much better, so I do hope you'll give us another try to prove to you what we're really capable of! Hope to see you back again,... More

I can't say I'm a connoisseur of Peruvian, but I really loved my meal, a lot here I'd like to try and I'll definitely be back for another trip while I'm here.

Have heard that all for a few years, finally went last night and sampled quite a bit on the menu. Delicious, service was impeccable, for a busy New Year's Eve. Small tight place, but very friendly, family owned. We had ahi tuna Ceviche, empanadas, as few other goodies (can't remember the names). Seafood Paella, so fresh . Then deserts. Yummy... More

This is a small local restaurant for us and we eat here often. The food is excellent, fresh and innovative. I often bring out of town guests here too. The cerviche's are superb and the Lomo Saltado my spouses favoite! I like the Aji Galina. Go here and eat - you will be happy you did!

Quaint and small, Sazon has creative, flavorful food with gracious service. The ceviche choices can be a meal in itself, but don't leave without trying the beef heart, grilled over an open flame with native sauces to dip in. I believe in trying new things, especially when culturally it is the dish of choice. Very rarely am I disappointed. Make... More

The food is delicious! 7 of us celebrated a birthday there Saturday night. It is small and 'cozy', the staff was friendly and helpful. We had great appetizer tasting, and an array of ceviche, yum. People had everything from chicken, seafood to lomo. Try a pisco sour, lots of lime and frothy egg whites. I enjoyed the fried banana with... More

I have been here five times! Each time with family or friends. All of us agree that this food is full of flavor, variety, and well prepared.
