We dropped in here to see the football game and grab a bite to eat. Bar was full of fans but we nabbed a seat at the counter and had some tavern Steak and Shepherds pie, both good. There were several people there I'd categorize as 'Characters' - one or two that raised a caution flag for me .. but... More

Not an attentive staff. I won't be there again.. I was expecting more. The service was not that good. The temperature of the beer was ok but they need to be more attentive.

We stopped around noon and found the appetizer menu perfect for a small nosh. Two sirloin sliders that were very large for $5.50 and three potato skins for $5.00. Perfect. They serve the menu for happy hour during the week and Sunday 11-5. The food was good and our server quite friendly.

Wanting to expand my culinary horizons, I had dinner here this evening. Ordered the “Jameson Burger,” and it blew me away. I’ve had great burgers before, but what set this one apart was the topping of “crispy onions,” sautéed to perfection. I’ve been around the block a few times, but I don’t recall ever experiencing grilled onions so explosively flavorful.... More

Irish pub had the corned beef and cabbage - it was OK, the corned beef had little flavor and a little tough, the cabbage was bland. Needed some better music - Irish music would have been nice.

We had a Groupon, so Hubby and I decided to try Stout's on a Tuesday night we were in Santa Rosa. We parked in the lot behind the restaurant (off 3rd St.) and entered through the back door. There's a hostess stand there; and the hostess greeted us, got our menus, and started leading us to a table in the... More

We used a combination of a Groupon and gift certificate at Stout Bros. The service was good, food left us both with indigestion, but fine. When it came time to pay there was much confusion. Still not really sure if it came out OK. The greatest + was the wonderful live music. Lone fellow playing a wide variety of guitar.... More

Ate here yesterday with my GF. I've been here before and thought it ok. Ordered a chick sandwich and the "drunken fish sandwich" (cod dipped in Guinness) Both average- the GF said my fish smelled but I didn't pick it up- service was friendly and attentive- prices average for pub grub. Fries were excellent. Nice buns used for the sandwiches.... More
