There is a charming little patio in the back of the little cafe with the yummy smell of lavendar. As we only had the yogurt and fruit with a side of granola, I cannot comment on the food. Service was good and our yogurt was good...I would go back and try one of the other breakfast/lunch items on the menu...and... More

The service here is friendly and great. It's family run and they want to make sure you have a good experience. The décor of the place is like a bakery but they also do breakfasts. The coffee was good and their home-made granola for breakfast was tasty. We would come again the next time we were in Santa Monica.

Wonderfully charming family run business well worth your support on Main Street. The Chai Latte is incredible and served with a smile.

I frequented this place for 3 days while staying at the Seashore Motel next door The pastries are very good and the coffee is excellent. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and eager to find things for you that might not even be on their menu! How rare is that?! They have fresh fruit very affordably priced, a variety... More

Great coffee and even better cinnamon rolls! The owner was very nice and even explained all the goodies they had left. Worth a stop!

Amelia's is our favorite place for breakfast in all of Los Angeles. The breakfast sandwich, delicious granola, and homemade pastries and savories are consistently delicious. The family who owns and runs Amelia's is welcoming and makes you feel like you're a part of the family. We come here with our two little ones and we never feel pressured to hurry... More

Recently stopped in for a roasted pepper goat cheese panini and it was delicious! Everything I saw other people eating looked great as well. Not to be forgotten is the service- the staff is incredibly nice and friendly and you can tell they care about what they do because it shows! Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the... More

Staying in Santa Monica

Neighborhood Profile
Santa Monica
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
