Stayed at the Huntley, checked out the Penthouse on a Thursday night. Room is lovely, unusual and classy but ewwww... the crowd was awful, full of aging suits and tarty women preying on them. It was a horrible scene. We did check it our again for breakfast, which was nice but expensive at around $50 +. A continental breakfast order... more

Excellent restaurant, but gets noisy as the night goes on. Service is very good, but reservations are a must in peak times. more

What a nice place to have lunch. Big comfortable square booths, and I mean BIG! You could fit about 8 people in them. Cushions on 3 sides and chairs on the 4th. Ocean views. Great food, great service. Great bread. A little pricey but you know that going in. more

Love the decor and the view is absolutely spectacular (on a nice, clear day). I've been here for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Food is great but very pricey. If you're not on a tight budget, this is the perfect place to bring guests from out of town or for late afternoon drinks to watch the sunset. more

Food is unreal. Prices are pretty sky high. Very very very high end bar at top of hotel. more

The view at sunset was beautiful, staff was polite but the food was not that good. Sourdough bread was stale, pan-seared scallops were not seared and were overcooked. Salmon was decent. Corn was very average. Could have been canned. Way overpriced for the quality of food. more

Haven't been to the current incarnation, but the views have always been great. more
