Our hotel's friendly concierge (Hotel Huntley) recommended this cozy place and finally we ended up going there twice during our 4-day Santa Monica visit: first for lunch and the next day for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and they actually remembered us the second day and the lady (perhaps one of the owners?) welcomed us with a smile "oh,... More

If I am in the neighborhood I always stop by to pick up their wonderfully fresh salads from the salad bar. This place is a real treat. They have daily specials that would satisfy for any time of day and great pastries and dessert. There is communal seating and a few tables on the sidewalk. This neighborhood hangout is located... Great choices of freshly made salads and grilled meats. Take home or eat in. Had brekky there too. Always nice. Been coming here since the 90's. Will continue to return.

EVERYHING at Marmalade is Delicious! You can have Breakfast or Brunch or have some take out Home made food. Make sure to arrive there early on a Sunday since it's very popular! You can stroll afterwards around Lovely Montana Avenue!

I have been going to Marmalade since it opened many years ago as a single location. They ALWAYS have amazing soups and pre-made food. There are many healthy options. They have delicious baked goods. I love to get the salmon salad - think tuna salad but made with salmon and capers. I also like the many vegan soup options -... More

Two of us met an old friend for lunch at Marmalade. One person had a special chicken sandwich, which she enjoyed. I had the half-size Cobb salad, which I couldn't finish because it was really big. My friend had the full-size Cobb Salad, in which she barely made a dent. The salad was fresh and full of perfectly chopped ingredients.... More

I loved this cafe with so many options it was hard to decide. I went 2 mornings in a row and had the portabella eggs benedict then the salmon benedict - both were very delicious! The service was great, very pleasant staff and I feel I got more than my money's worth. I recommend anyone in the area to give... More
