Really enjoyed this venue, was recommended by one of the shops across the road as having an interesting selection of craft beer, they were spot on the money. It is a popular venue and gets busy early in the evening, there is an area at the back so don't be put off if the front is heaving. The burger was... More

I pulled in late on Saturday night and there were no spaces left, however, I squeezed myself to the bar and ordered a burger. It was just as I expected and wanted - big and juicy. The fries that it came with were freshly fried with skins on, but a little too soggy for my liking. Nice selection of beers... More

Excellent! All round very good. Looking for somewhere to eat whilst in Santa Monica on business. After walking the stretch, was suggested this place by a parking lot attendant. Seated quickly, served quickly, great food, good service, reasonable prices. Great little kooky place. Strongly recommend!

Excellent selection of beers. There is a nice, though cramped beer garden in the back. The dining room tends to be loud. The service was fair enough. It's a good pub menu, the sandwiches are hearty and delicious. The burger is great, good fries. It's a good place for lunch or a casual dinner with friends or family.

This was an excellent experience. I went there with my family on advice of Lonely Planet -which is generally very good at suggesting great places. The restaurant exceeded my expectations!! The portions of food were massive and really nice. The beers were unbelievable. We tried a double pale ale and a special ale with an unusual rum and cherry taste.... More

Friendly place. Good serve, a huge variety of beer to taste. Officiants are gourmans in beer. Athmosfere for relax and talk.

When tour biggest issue is you don't know which beer to try because they have too much good choices, you know you are in a good place. The food was good too. I had a burger, and others had salad and steak. Everyone loved their meal.

I had the Cali (turkey) burger, to which I added the bacon marmalade. Yum!! Someone else at our table had the steak salad, which also looked delicious. The choice of beer was plentiful, everyone was happy with their order. The service was quick. The patio was a great spot to eat. The only negative point I could add would be... More

I have been here about 100 times, living in the area you tend to seek out reliable favorites. Although, unassuming from the front, simple clean wood and a tight, but friendly bar. The best reason for coming is the relaxing patio at night! An oasis in the concrete jungle, away from the singles trying to... "you know what" at the... More

This is a tough call. Library Ale House was once a favorite lunch spot of ours. My wife would get her toes down the block at Deluxe Nails and hen we would have lunch here. It had top notch gastro pub fare but alas, no more. We had three bummer lunches in a row. We gave it a fair shot... More
