Good!

Really nice staff and good food! I would not recommend the yoghurt with granola, way too sweet! But their Lox Benedict is excellent! Coffee is good too! Would really go for a brunch, but make sure you are their early or have made a reservation because it is a popular place!

This restaurant was recommended by the hotel Concierge as the hotel did not have a restaurant. I'd rate it 'Above Average to Good'. The food was good but no better than other places that we had eaten all over California in the previous 3 weeks. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't overly expensive either. Have had cheaper and better. It... More

Jinky's is like a high end diner where you will most likely see a celebrity. The food is just amazing, the prices are a little steep but the portions are HUGE. Service- top notch. I was impressed with this place. Friendly staff and just a great environment for family. Good for Brunch/Lunch but go early because they close at 3.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! The portions were great, service was great and the food was simply the best. Highly recommend. There is a bit of a wait but well worth it.

Our table had a variety of breakfast dishes. We were seated and served in a reasonable amount of time and the food was hot (always a plus) and very tasty. The tator tots were a fun alternative to hash browns and the bacon was perfect. Eggs Benedict florentine was superb. This is not a gourmet spot, just excellent american breakfast... More

We ate at Jinky's twice it was so good. The first trip for breakfast we all had different types of omelets. They were all delicious!! Our server was awesome as well. Our second visit we had pancakes and eggs. The pumpkin pancakes were amazing. Buttermilk were good. My husband did not like the wheat pancakes. This time our server was... More

We ate breakfast here every day for a week! Never had a bad meal, all was great. We mostly ate omlettes, scrambled eggs, chocolate chip waffles were good too. It was always busy, but we always got a table and wait staff were helpful and service was quick even in really busy times.

We went here for breakfast, and as an Aussie, there was no way we could get through the serving size. Could of fed all of us on one serving! Coffee was okay, food was okay, breakfast potatoes were horrible! Okay but probably wouldn't go back there again.

Staying in Santa Monica

Neighborhood Profile
Santa Monica
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
